Got to the pharmacy at 5:59PM. The tech was ringing up a customer . As he was doing so he said to me I’m closing. I said really? He said really and walked away. I rushed to get there on time and wouldn’t give me my medication. Rude and never want to go back. The pharmacist has been great it was just the tech. Customers come first.

Got to the store at 10:17pm and it was closed. I figure I walk out the house to a store that suppose to close at 11pm to find it locked and closed. Change the hours on the internet.

The head pharmacist is Amazing and Isaiah who also works there is Awesome!! This CVS is on 696 West Avenue. Rich is no longer there anymore but he was Great too!!

The most unreliable cvs pharmacy. I have been to a ton of cvs pharmacies, this one is unfortunately so poorly run. Every time I have a prescription sent here, there is no communication and always a reason why my prescription is incorrect or cannot be obtained. When I have had prescriptions that were out of stock ordered in, they have added an extra week by not unpacking boxes with the delivered items for days after. Truly just a mess. I would not recommend if you actually have an interest in receiving your prescription.

That’s the worst pharmacy I ever beenTerrible customer service. They made me wait for 30 minutes with no other costumer in line for the pharmacy. I came to take a vaccine shot with appointment, and they didn’t had the vaccine available. And the pharmacist also recommended me to go to the supermarket.

I had a COVID booster shot appointment at 12/30. I checked in and was advised to wait. I waited over half an hour and the pharmacist area was not busy. I went to the pharmacist and was advised I needed to wait: the pharmacist then came and gave me my booster shot with no apology for waiting almost 45 minutes. This is not acceptable in particular when there were no people waiting in line: a process that takes less than 5 minutes and I had to wait over 45 minutes.

Poorly Managed. This place decided to refund me for an item but not refund the taxes spent. The cashier was racist and claimed I was trying to trick the store, when my receipt clearly states how much I paid. The manager walks over and says “ I got a discount”, not true, he giggled and said he can't return for the full purchase and send me on my way. Never again.

I'm not sure if this is unique to CVS on West ave. or all CVS' nationwide, but my father has continually gotten automated text messages saying prescriptions were ready only to have the pharmacist inform us that this was not the case. It is a waste of time and money, and the fact that employees seem to have neither an explanation or a solution does not bode well. We will be taking our business to Walgeens on westport ave, whose service we find impeccable. Please fix this for the sake of everyones sanity and gas tank

Nariman was such a help when I visited the store. I rarely ask for help when going to CVS or anywhere, and the one time that I do ask, I was given incredible service.

I went to CVS in Norwalk and the staff was very helpful. A gentleman I think his name was Norman helped me pick out the best sleep aid for an upcoming trip. He also help me with some other items I was looking for my vacation. Very friendly and helpful
