I gives this review for Rachell , the lady who is most of the time at front of the store, it's a pleasure to shop when she is there, she is always focus in the customers , she always make everybody feels comfortable with the service, and she is a very kind person.. CVS as a whole is terrible
And then the Willard App Store is even worse than terrible
They refused to help people at the drive-through
It takes forever when you go inside
And they just ignore you
Do not go to this store

Sold item with Expiration in one month, not a year plus, as expected. Store should check all merchandise on shelves monthly for expired or nearly expired items.

25 MINUTES TO PICK UP A MEDICINE!!! This is unacceptable!! I was very sick and had to WAIT for a medicine!! The drivethru CLOSED!!! The pharmacy has crazy delays. Every day.. at any time. Do your REFILL IN ANOTHER PLACE

Yes it's very busy and things take a while but that's just how it is, the staff are extremely pleasant and professional and the vaccine process was straightforward.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere else. This pharmacy has messed up prescriptions like I’ve never experienced before. The Pharmacist is rude and entitled and when I’ve asked for an explanation as to why I received a medication with NO LABEL, his response was to come back so he can stick it on the bottle! I’m not sure how they get away with this. CVS you need a serious overhaul including some training based in customer experience.

They make it literally impossible to speak to anyone by phone by forcing you to leave a voicemail. I called yesterday and was told to pick up my rx after 12. Then I called today and they pushed it back another full day.

Great store..Always deals to be had with Sales..Coupons...Extra Care...been going to CVS for many years.....facial creams...Gums...Xmas items great!!!! Even better after the Holiday Deals..and Cards..... Great deals on greeting cards....BDAY's...Coupons and great deals on beautiful Designs...2.99 for Excellent Designs!!!!
My go to place$$$$$$.....you can even find help here..... The associates are always willing to help you.... Pretty quickly I might add
