I had no problem picking up my prescription. There seem to be many bad reviews for this pharmacy but I did not have the same experience.

Only reason it’s not 5 is it’s hard to find employees who are fluent in ringing and photo center

Great staff, very helpful, but they need someone to pick up all the garbage scattered all over the parking lot, Westport CVS parking lot is clean! Why not Wilard Ave Norwalk

Employees need better training! This is the second time they faied to provide a receipt for a UPS drop off.The label I used is now unusable thanks to whatever they did, and I have to spend another $10 to buy another shipping label! Wth?! Awful experience once again,Will not be returning, I'd rather drive 20 extra minutes then come back here again!!

I hate going to the pharmacy at this location but have no choice due to convenience. The employees are mostly miserable, impatience, rude and at times clueless. 2 stars because I did have positive experience with 2 employees who were helpful and patience.

This pharmacy is literally so bad. I've been going there since I moved to Westport 9 yrs ago, the only reason I keep going is because they have a drive thru. They have made so many mistakes, they say they will have something filled , they don't. The pharmacists aren't knowledgeable. The techs are rude. They have told me 1 thing, and then when I go back, someone else says something different. I have had multiple multiple situations with them, and they literally don't care. Tonight I was there at 8pm to pick up a prescription that I called about at 9:03am that they said they would fill. It still wasn't ready when I got there. I waited in line for 20 min for this prescription of 26 pills ( because they didn't even have the 30) and it was something that they should have given me 2 days earlier with the other half of the prescription that they neglected to tell me they didn't have. They just stapled the bag up and handed it to me and I didn't realize until later. My Dr told me to get a high does flu shot , I went in and asked them about it, they said no problem just tell the pharmacist when you are getting it. I went back a month later during flu season to get it and they said, oh no we can't do that without a prescription from your Dr. So of course that took multiple phone calls over multiple days to get that accomplished. I have had to go to a different CVS Pharmacy to get glucose test strips, they had to transfer the order, multiple phone calls, waiting. How can you not have glucose test strips? Good God. I tried to get a generic estradiol gel from them to apply to my thigh. They couldn't figure that out and said that it doesn't exist. I literally had to contact my friend who is a pharmacist in Florida and she told me it does exist and to ask for it this particular way. I went right into Colonial Drugs in Westport and they were able to fill it for me. This took multiple multiple phone calls to different CVS pharmacies and other pharmacies btw. I also probably have another 5 stories. Did I mention the pharmacy techs are rude and the pharmacists aren't much better. Pathetic.

This is my local CVS and where I get my prescriptions filled. I'd say I have more interaction with the pharmacy then the actual store. They do have a drive thru pharmacy available but I prefer to go in to pick them up. They always have my prescriptions ready for pickup when I go and it's nice to get the text message updates. I'd recommend this CVS to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

I had an excellent experience at this pharmacy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t help but notice some reviews that whine about the staff taking a 30-minute lunch break. It's important to remember that pharmacists work long hours and often have a heavy workload. They deserve a break to recharge and ensure that they are providing the best possible care to their customers. It's also worth noting that it's not legal for the pharmacy to remain open during the pharmacist's break. Overall, I highly recommend this pharmacy for their exceptional service and commitment to their staff's well-being.

Got a text that my Rx was ready for pickup. Drove over and got on line at the pharmacy with 1 customer checking out ahead of me and nobody behind me. The pharmacist announces that they’re going on lunch break (at 1:30pm) and closes the security gate. I explain that I just have a pickup that’s ready and that I’m rushing to a doctor appointment. They rudely (without any compassion) tell me that I’ll need to come back later. I understand that the employees need to have lunch, but there must be a better way to provide customer service (i.e. respect their customers time) besides requiring customers to either wait or make the 20+ minute round trip again, especially after they sent a text that the Rx is ready for pickup. Perhaps have multiple lunch shifts so customers don’t have to come in multiple times. A little customer service goes a long way.My family has had numerous other issues with this specific CVS pharmacy, including them not filling time sensitive monthly scripts on time, filling the wrong script, etc.

The worst pharmacy ever. Been a customer for 3 years. No choice with our United plan since they don’t take walgreens and other cvs are too far. They are a nightmare. The entire pharmacy team take a lunch break together in the middle of the day. More than 5 people. Why not alternate? They also tell you they will have prescriptions ready when they don’t. Every single time I’m in the drive through I hear others complaining about issues. Manager should be terminated, no question. Corporate should be notified and will be.
