Store is pretty bare, lots of items locked behind cases, and when you call about a prescription no one will transfer you to the pharmacy - you have to go through an entirely automated phone tree that directs you to leave a voicemail after about 1.5 minutes of jumping through menus.
Very impersonal.

The 1st problem, your are asked to check the app for status updates, and when you do and the status states that your prescription is "IN PROCESS", to me that means that my perscription is being filled. After that you do not receive any updates, and then you call only to find out that your prescription is NOT IN PROCESS. You are given the day/time that your prescription will be ready only to find out on the "ready" day, the order has not been placed once again. The 2nd problem, the time you have to wait in line....

This place sucks . Came early for my flu shot and covid shot . Literally no one else is waiting . The pharmacist acknowledged we were waiting for over 30 mins but did little to help . There’s literally 5 people in the back stuffing pills. DO NOT COME HERE!

This CVS, specifically the pharmacy, is so horrible . What is the point of making a vaccine appointment if you're going to take me 20-30 after the appointment time. Ridiculous.

It took 45 minutes in the store to pick up a medication that I was already notified was ready for pickup. I was sent back and forth between pharmacy counters and had to wait in multiple lines. Most of the other customers there were also waiting a long time. Pharmacy is clearly mismanaged and closing for a lunch break causes an extreme delay in the afternoon. I was also given the wrong quantity of pills, thankfully it was more than I needed and not less, and thankfully I noticed.

I was at the self checkout. It wasn't working and there was only one cashier who had a line of customers. I needed tech support and waited about six minutes with a long line behine me. Finally I asked the cashier to come over and help me, which she kindly did.
