Strange pharmacy hours makes it confusing to know when prescriptions can be picked up. It looks like there’s a new staff behind the counter, so things were taking a bit longer than usual. With a line half way down the aisle, it would appear that this CVS is in desperate need of hiring!

Just clean the women’s bathroom it’s disgusting. I have a two month old there’s even a changing table. What is the point of the changing table if there’s literal fecal matter on the walls of the women’s bathroom.

Always a long and slow disorganized line to pick up prescription meds no matter the time. I'd get it delivered but it's not eligible to be.

Worst ever. They have employees answer calls and hang up on you. Speak to Amy which then tries to fix the issues by lying saying they are having phones issues. Good try this has been happening for months now to the point where I ask my patients to use a different pharmacy because of how poorly run All CVS pharmacies are. You put a complaint in and nobody cares! If you can use a different pharmacy I recommend you do so. If you call in for patients from work just offer them a different pharmacy so you do not frustrate your life dealing with unprofessional people!!!

On hold trying to get to the pharmacy. 1 hour 2 minutes and counting to be exact. They allegedly faxed over a prescription refill form to the doctor twice. Doctor never received either. Now after over an hour of waiting, the doctors is closed. I will be switching pharmacies immediately.

Went to pharmacy for a refill on medication, was told my the lady at the register "it is not ready yet. Please give us 10-15 minutes". I then waited for 20 minutes before standing back in line to check if medication is now ready. After being overlooked multiple times by a possible manager in the black dress shirt, a pharmacist then came to check in to see if I was being assisted. I then explained how I was checking in on the medication I needed and was told to wait the "10-15" they said ok and proceeded to check with other pharmacists to see if meds are ready and they were not. I was then informed "the medication is finishing up". The staff then sent ANOTHER person over to explain why this medication is out of stock , I then stated how it sucked it took 30 minutes to tell me that when I've been waiting. The rude staff then stated "well, you want the help? You have two options: wait for us to check our truck or go to another pharmacy " please do better with customer service & communicating. I have no problem it being out of stock, but the lack of communication and rude customer service is not OK. 0 of 5 stars.

Great staff lady working at register was very nice but, the bathrooms were very unclean and it smelled very bad in there causing the whole store to stink. the garbage was over flowing and the floors in the large stall had garbage on the floor.

I realized and accepted when the bright red 24 hour neon sign must have been a prank a couple of years ago because it wasn't. I suppose now the open til midnight red neon sign is supposed to be funny too because there I was 9:30ish at night and it was dark as dark can be and closed. Except for the open til midnight neon sign, which I swear, flickered at me. No notice on the doors as to why they were closed so early. I drove all the way there to pick up get well meds that had been prescribed from the urgent care the day prior that weren't ready when I had dragged myself there and then ah, the pharmacy closed at 9? I'm not really local so I dragged myself back for the freakin meds. No notice, no sign, no apology from CVS the pharmacy monopoly that's run all the moms and pops stores out, except for the open til midnight neon sign, which I do swear, flickered at me every time I looked away.

On 4/21/2023. Try not to be late for Pharmacy pick prior to 8pm. The employees will close gate and leave you are in line as the gate rolls down. I know you’re probably tired and stressed out but is that store policy.

Front of store employees, especially Gina, are very helpful and friendly. Sometimes understaffed at registers but can always find someone when needed.Contrary to the front of store, the PHARMACY department is a NIGHTMARE! the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist, Stephen Kim are extremely rude. They are probably understaffed as well but it does not excuse their lack of courtesy and the absence of professionalism. Example: I needed an Rx for a dental paste, the receptionist from my dentist's office called it in and spoke to a tech, who proceeded to order the wrong thing. When I got home I realized they gave me a cream, not a paste, which cannot be used orally. I called the pharmacy and spoke to the Pharmacist, Stephen Kim, who proceeded to say they didn't have that so I asked him if they could order it. He said it was going to be difficult to get and that he didn't think it would be delivered. I said okay, so does that mean you're not going to put the order in? He said, Yea, we haven't had that in a long time and we're Most likely not going to be able to get it. So i said to him, if they Most likely wouldn't get it, then there was still a chance they could get it. He continued to say it was unlikely, he even said it was a 98% chance they wouldn't get it and a 2% chance they would, implying that it wasn't worth going through the trouble to order. After going back and forth, I finally got it through to him that regardless, I still needed the medication and asked him, since there was a chance they could get it, then why wouldn't he just order it? He finally, though, reluctantly, said okay and said the dentist would have to call the Rx back in specifying the dental paste. He even tried to blame the dentist's receptionist for being the one who said not to order the prescription. In the end, the Rx was delivered, it even came within the week the order had been placed. When I picked up the Rx, Stephen denied the fact that he made it difficult for me and my dentist's office to get the Rx, his reason being that he had never straight up refused to order the Rx for me, oblivious to the unnecessary and unhelpful way he presented the situation to the dentist's office and myself. I will not get into detail regarding the majority of the pharmacy techs. All I will say is, RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, SLOW. The only courteous and helpful techs are the tallish, thin, black gentleman, I think his hair is braided and the young-ish, slender Asian gentlemen, who is somewhat tall as well, maybe has glasses. The female techs are a nightmare... Stephen must have been responsible for their interpersonal skills training.

I’ve been going to this CVS for years and I have to say that the outside parking lot is DISGUSTING!!! It it filled with trash from their garbage bins! It is a shame that the manager doesn’t take care of the problem!! No pride in the store where he works. If his employees won’t clean up then he should either fire them or go out and clean it up himself. DISGUSTING

Lisa was very friendly when picking up my prescriptions she even offered to ring up my other items I was purchasing when they were super busy. She got the pharmacist Dan to answer the questions I had which I thought was nice so Thank You Dan & Lisa for your help keep it up!!!

Worst experience had to drive 35 min to the pharmacy after calling and them confirming something and when I got there they denied everything and told me we never spoke to you. The pharmacist working there had an extremely bad attitude and didn’t want to work extremely lazy. They need to do a better job or get better employees or have the whole thing shut down.
