Ann Marie was amazing! She took the time to help me sort out a mess with a package fr Europe. Not only is she capable and professional, but she also really cares about offering excellent customer service. This is the kind of employee you want to retain. Highly recommend you give her a raise :)

Made a mistake on a customs label, asked to update the total value - not a problem. Package was shipped, when it arrived in Dubai customs, the declared value was still the same. After troubleshooting trying to get it out of Dubai customs for over a month. They then hit me with a storage fee. Trying to file a claim is also a joke - the tracking number was updated to another number i wasn't even notified about. So I lost about $500 of merchandise, a very good customer & all I get is sorry for the mistake, and now im being ghosted asking how to file a claim. Not cool, not professional. Lost all my trust in DHL. Will never ship again with them.

I had some chocolate shipped to Pakistan, fully expecting it to be ruined by the time it arrived… but wow, was I wrong. Not only did the recipient receive the chocolates completely intact, but even the card I included with the parcel arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Nicole at the Norwalk Connecticut drop off and pick up Office did an exceptional job. We ran into a credit card problem and she tried until she got it resolved for us. She went above and beyond. Great person to deal with.

The smoothest shipping transaction ever. The manager got personally involved with the package since it was light but box was irregular

Excellent service Everytime (often twice a week) from Nichole. Always found a way to find a way to send complicated shipping, like shipping to Vietnam with a Chinese DHL account.

This company is the absolute worst with customer service. They know nothing more than what the app says about your delivery. And I was in the middle of a conversation with one of the customer service representatives and I didn't respond for 30 seconds because I was typing to him and told he sent a message saying because you are not responding. We're going to get disconnected in a minute. Like seriously you can't give me time to type. I just feel like they don't care and they just want to do the bare minimum when it comes to helping you. Also my package was supposed to come Friday and it was picked up and given to the courier to start his route at 12 :00 but it still didn't come that day and now I'm still waiting and it's supposed to be coming today but I'm worried it's not going to because it's still not here. Very disappointed in this company
