One of the worse places ever to receive a package from. Every time I have something shipped from here there's always a problem. I wouldn't say DHL as a whole but the Norwalk location has terrible customer service. You can not get in contact with them and the delivery is never on time. Stayed home all day just for them to lie about delivery and take the package (my kids Christmas gifts) back for them to not deliver until 2 days later. I'd rather use Amazon/USPS any day.

Package was suppose to be delivered at my resident and when it didn’t come I looked on the site to see that they stated they try to deliver but from my camera footage shows the driver pulled up but never got out the vehicle very unprofessional. I contact DHL about my item I was given the opportunity to pick up my package when was put the way. No the next day go to get my item the customer service that was provided was and epic fail no hello how are and how can I help you it was more so with an attitude what do you need and hold on let me find it. This took place in 8/30/23 at 12:39 eastern standard time.

Sent jewelery overseas for service work eith DHL and Ben was very helpful and super patient. Walked me through logistical jargon of shipping an expensive item that really spoke to transparency and correctness. Thank you!

Subject: Customer ServiceMy name is Lewis Herman , I live in Norwalk, and am now semi retired. Previously to living here I owned Lighting Cooperative and imported lighting from Europe and distributed the products mainly in the tri-state area. The process of importing included a freight forwarder, DHL, Fedex, and UPS and what I realized long ago was that it was the last person I worked with, the customer service agent, was what I remembered most about the experience. Whatever the policies were by the delivery service I used it was always the customer service agent that represented what I thought about that company. At times that may be an overstatement, but generally it is true and that is why I need to tell you about Ann Marie. Recently I took a project that needed fixtures imported and I told the manufacturer in Belgium that I preferred that DHL be my final deliverer. Delivery took longer than my client wanted and never in 40 years has any customer service agent been more sympathetic, helpful, understanding than Ann Marie. She just so casually when I thanked her said, " That's what my job is " and I don't think she realized just how far above and beyond she went to help me get my package as soon as possible and avoid problems with my client. This may sound trite, but what a credit to DHL she is. Better than any DHL commercial on TV.Thank you Ann Marie, DHL and Richard.Lewis

Lousy deliver drivers. They state customers aren’t home; when they’re home. If you can’t locate an address simply say so don’t lie and say customer isn’t home.
