“This company needs to learn that the important part of customer service is to under-promise and over-deliver. They initially told me it would take 3 to 4 hours to install a new battery in my phone. When I dropped it off, they told me 5 to 6 hours. It was finally ready 7 hours after I had dropped it off. This was very frustrating. Obviously, with your phone, you want it done ASAP! Nevertheless, they seem to have replaced the battery just fine, and nothing -- apps, photos, contacts -- appears to be missing from my phone.”
