Different, describe it, this place has a cute style, some notes around the elevator and the room that makes the place feel welcoming to the guests.

I have been coming here for 10+ years because of price, location and service. This time price was good, comparable to others but I was loyal to Even. Service was better than usual, gym is excellent. The negative is the room was severely run down. Stained carpet, curtain for the window was a shower curtain liner…I kid you not. Same one they use in bathroom! Come on, step it up…

I will answer the hard hitting questions that no on else has addressed. There is no complimentary breakfast they charge 15$. There is no pool. There is no bar. There is no microwave in your room. They won't even give you a complimentary bottle of water when you check in. Go somewhere else that will give you scrambled eggs and a piece of sausage for breakfast.

My daughter and I just returned from a stay at the Even Hotel in Norwalk and we were so happy with our time there. Jose greeted us professionally, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location in relation to places to eat and the interstate was perfect. My daughter’s favorite things were the in room yoga ball and mat, well appointed fitness room, and water bottle refill stations. I found the price to be a great value (there was no free breakfast, but most hotels in the area that I checked didn’t seem to offer one either). There was a breakfast that was offered for $15.99 per person. We will return to another Even Hotel when we get the opportunity! We had a very positive experience!

This hotel has hands down the thinnest walls I've ever had at a place like this. Throughout the night, I kept being woken up by the person in the next room simply because they were moving around and opening their bathroom door. It literally sounded like they were inside my own room. The next morning, I was woken up early by the housekeeping staff who sounded like they were inside my room or right outside my door, when, in fact, they were several rooms away and down the hall. It's clean and nice, but you can hear everything here.

Came here straight from the airport. Tried brushing my teeth and the water turned brown. Then attempted to get breakfast and there was only one person on staff so no one could take my order and then I couldn’t get breakfast on time. So basically had to storm out pissed tired, and hungry to go to a medical appointment where I’ll be poked and prodded without food. Worst effing hotel and I have to be here for how many more days?

Staff is uneven, but Antony went over and above in tracking down something I’d left in my room after checking out. The location is convenient to major roadways, and the lobby seems new and well designed. Basic room was clean but small, with older, noisy heating unit. No acknowledgement of Platinum Elite status.

Well located hotel, polite staff. Clean and well-equipped rooms. If you are a light sleeper like me, the hotel is rather noisy.

I would have given this all “5’s” except i got my visa bill and found i was charged $57.50 for one night for my dog. Really? When I made the reservation, I said I was bringing a Pet. There was no indication that there would be an additional charge.. I think $57.50 is a lot for one night for a dog. The hotel was very clean and otherwise, would’ve been very happy.
