“Be prepared to wait at least an hour, even with no line, no one waiting in front of you, and even with an appointment.
Turtles pace and can’t imagine how long it will be. I went back to this center and I waited 30 minutes to see the doctor.
There was no one in front of me but once I got into the room with the Dr, everything was perfect thank you for your service”

“The provider was very diligent, but at first was more apprehensive and not so pleasant, but I guess after he gained a better understanding of what was going on with my son, he was more pleasant, but I think overall when dealing with patients and family everyone’s first approach should be the best representation kindness, and understanding versus defensiveness but overall I do like going to this facility to get in new care for myself or My Child nobody’s perfect so I do appreciate them actually accommodating me and my son, but it just would’ve been better if the approach from that issue meet would’ve been better there’s always room for growth”

“Dr. D is an extraordinary physician, and his team Urma and Iris are low-key incredible in their miracle work, without knowing I am healthy and well and 28 years old, from when they've been seeing me since I was a young child in grade school. Urma and Iris have always been so soothing and kind. I have kind of grown to think of them **like** my mother, father and sister (highlighting their great team dynamics)! My father, an engineer, (Nailesh/Neil) and Dr. D are pretty much best friends at this point. I think they even wear the same color and style shirts now? Pretty cool. As a young child patient being brought in by my dad, for school physicals and now coming in myself for job physicals (exciting!), they've seen me grow through a range of stages! Urma and Iris always squeezed my father in for appointments whenever needed. They are really a fantastic team and feel simply... happy and good everytime coming in and better when leaving.
