This is by far the nastiest, unprofessional group of individuals ever. They have a different policy every five minutes and there next day or ground NEVER GETS TO ITS DESTINATION. NEVER!!!!!! They are rude and ignorant. Don't waste your time and energy these guys are in some weird power trip. They deserve negative stars!!!!!!

Never use FedEx if you print the label at home this is what they do, you drop the package you think that you paid the label at the delivery they hit you with Huge overcharge and that's how they make their money robbery in daylight!

I've needed to use these guys several times, and they have w;us been, friendly, helpful, and efficient. The sore and equipment Re well kept, nd modern. Furthermore, I often heard other customers praise them while I am there.
