We had a major problem with the workbook printing for an important work event. We went to this fedex with just hours to spare to see if they could help--and they saved us! Thank you to Ai who was incredibly helpful and determined to find me a workable solution. He was resourceful and collaborative.
He started out basically telling me it would be impossible but then he went into work mode. It was an immense relief to have someone troubleshooting with me and figuring it out. Thank you, Ai! In the future when we work in Norwalk we will always print with you.

I've been using this Fedex Office location for over a decade as my main Print & Ship location. Staff has always been both polite and friendly, and the same staff has been helping me for years providing an incredible familiarity feeling like old 'mom & pop' shops. There hasn't been a challenge they haven't been able to rise to and solve for me, and on the rare occasion of an issue with a print or final product, they've always strived to solve it quickly. Never once have I ended up dissatisfied.
Fantastic location, with amazing employees. Definitely recommend using them for any print or ship needs.

I went in last minute to have items printed for my son’s first birthday. Al and the entire team here were incredibly helpful! They showed me how to use the cutting machine and saved me an incredible amount of time so I could truly enjoy my son’s birthday! Thank you for your expertise, efficiency, and assistance!

I am a regular customer here and I believe this location's staff is excellent. Both Arsim and Mike are always friendly and helpful whether I'm just dropping off a package or having a print job done. And I can count on a big hello if Al is working up front! Great customer service!

The worst experience ever .
Came to make a return, but they refused to accept it, citing that the size was too big. As it turned out, they simply did not want to, because in another FedEx location the staff helped to bring in the box and accepted it without any problems.

I get there happy. Bringing some returns. First time doing returns with Fedex. The store is entirely empty. I say hi with a smile, say i have some returns. The sales associate immediately starts incredibly unprofessional and rude remarks how i am disrupting them and there is an automatic drop off machine. It was so bizarre it took me a minute to realize this person was actually being insanely passive agressive. And for what? They could have simply told me:
« hey, have s look there, see if you can use that machine. » i would have gladly done so. Left super bummed.
