Greenwich Blood Draw is more personal than Quest. There's actually a real, live person sitting at the desk, instead of an electronic sign in board that asks YOU to scan both sides of your driver's license, Medicaire or Midicaid card and Supplemental Insurance. There is plenty of Handicap Parking, and the elevator is right in front of you when you enter the building. Drop off is easy, too. What's not to like!? :))

The phlebotomist didn't read my order correctly and did not draw my blood for one of my time sensitive tests. Will never come here or recommend this station to anyone.

Took my daughter to get her blood drawn and will never go back!! The young girl checking patients in and taking temperatures was on a private call on her cell the entire time we were there. She was NOT wearing her mask...instead had it around her neck. She was yawn and talking loudly! The lab technician had his mask but under his nose...so not wearing it the way it is recommended to wear. This place was totally unprofessional and in violation of CT state law for mask usage!
