I booked a room at this hotel with points. Due to flight issues and lost baggage I needed to cancel but couldn’t do so due to fighting travel issues until 4:45 day of arrival.When I called Hilton they refused to allow me to cancel either charging me for the night or taking my pointsI’ve been a Hilton Honors member for over 20 years and now feel like I’d rather stay at Motel 6 than deal with a chain that doesn’t care about its customers.Shame on youUPDATE:After the feedback saying I could contact the hotel directly I called. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and returning my Hilton points. Seems there had been a miscommunication. Thank you to the individuals that assisted with this. I definitely feel like a valued customer. It makes a big difference.

I’d do 3.5 stars if I could. The hotel was fine but it is showing decent wear & tear, some of which could be easily patched & painted. But the walls, the furniture and the doors all had marks and chips and dents. They didn’t have lotion in the bathroom and housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am, even though I hadn’t checked out yet. The hotel was fine for a business trip where the location was convenient. But I wouldn’t seek it out for anything special.

Very dissatisfied with this the property. Very rude non accommodating for a wheelchair ADA patron. We were going to travel there with my wife's mother who recently lost her husband for a funeral and they were so un accommodating. Even after speaking with the manger of the property. The accommodation would of been simple changing from a 1 bed to 2 queens ADA wheelchair friendly room. But they refused very nasty. Simple very responsible request and they denied. This is I think illegal what they did but just not wasting time and choose to do another hotel non Hilton though. Hopefully credit card AMEX should have my back. It's sad that these thing have to happen. Taking advantage of ADA patron and refusing reasonable accommodation which legally they must. How this will be take up with actions to local agencies. In processingJust to note this was not through a third party and your commit is rude and dis respectful to ADA. Nice way to try and come back . Complains to the DOJ and other have been filed . Also amex hopefully they got my back on merchants who act like this.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. Prices not the same as listed. Stay at extended stay, Hotel Zero, Even Hotel, or get an airbnb. Stayed for 6 days and bill came out to close $1.2k, was charged for smoking in room with no proof. Staff extremely unwelcoming, everything is charge for except the complimentary coffee in the lobby. There are many much better hotels on the same road. Would honestly rather stay at the homeless shelter than here

This is a Hilton???? Really? It looked more like a run down Motel 6- Actually, I’ve seen better at Motel 6. They still charged like a Hilton. Check out the pictures of the room- old, damaged, dirty vents, meh… And, we were there for three nights and house keeping never showed up to clean the room. I had to go downstairs to ask for clean towels and coffee pods.

This hotel was satisfactory, not anything to write home about. One good thing is that it is clean. However, the continental breakfast was not included with the price of the room and was a separate charge for each member of the family. And the breakfast was sub-par. The pool/spa was out of commission, and the business center was the only place to get water from a cooler, which itself was broken. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were as flat as cardboard, giving know head support at all. This small hotel is in need of a face-lift and remodeling.Rooms: Good, but the as far as the space and twin queen beds but the pillows need to be a bit more fluf because they were cardboard flat and provide no neck and head support at all.Food & drinks: Sub-par continental breakfast

We travel from New York to stay at least 10x's per year. I love this hotel and the beautiful woman behind the bar. She always makes the greatest drinks, she makes date night special.

I left my phone charger there but nobody found it. Then another guy from work was staying there and cut his finger while turning on the shower, the handle broke. We told them and the best they could do was give a bacterial wipe and a band-aid. If you leave something you won't get it back and they didn't care that he got hurt.

Stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. Nice comfortable rooms. All the staff was incredibly helpful. Pool and spa also. Outstanding hotel. They also take pets.

!!! Prepare for housekeeping to barge into your room multiple times in the morning. MULTIPLE TIMES !!!Check out is 12pm, but housekeeping makes it feel like it's 8am, 830am, 9am, 1030am...I get they're on a timecrunch, but I check out AT check out. I put up my "do not disturb" sign. Respectfully, leave me alone.Rooms are a mixed bag. You can either be placed in an updated room or in one of their trashier rooms. AC/heat are unpredictable as well.

Room was spotless staff what's good for one person stood out in particular Perrette Bagley. She was all around super professional and just amazing she was the person who took our order who cooked the food served the food and she was also the bartender she's a jack of many treats she was wonderful would definitely go back to the Hilton as long as she is working there she ran that hotel beautifully and smooth and made it look effortless and she was working around the clock as if she never punched out not one time did I not see that woman working.

Great stay. Easy parking. Insanely busy street outfront. Really hard to get in and out of the hotel. Nice rooms. Loved the scent they use as well. Snells nice not over powering and clean.

Stayed here for two nights with my family while visiting Norwalk. It’s actually one of the more dated Hilton I’ve stayed in, the carpets in the room looked dirty and there were bugs crawling in the room. The room door and bathroom door don’t close well anymore, you kind of have to slam them a little to make sure it’s closed and locked. Like I said, it does the job for a place to rest at night and go on about your day but it probably needs some sort of updating soon. Would love to come back if that happens since hospitality and location were great!

WOW! This hotel was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the hospitality was unmatched. The lobby was GORGEOUS and the front desk man greeted us with a smile and even made me laugh! He was extremely professional and handed us two water bottles each. I felt as though I was being greeted by family. My partner and I both slept like rocks and we were even able to log into our Netflix to watch our favorite shows! I’ve honestly never felt more at home in a hotel before and it was a perfect experience to regroup after a long day of driving. We will 100% be here again. 10/10!!!
