If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure who even serviced us, but he STOLE 50$ from my sister and I. We were traveling from MA to Jersey, came in needing an emergency plug for my tire with a nail in it. We met a mechanic at a local gas station who said a plug should only be 15$. Googled, plugs should only cost about 10-20$. This man said he could fix it right away for 50$, cash only of course. We repeatedly mentioned a fair price, but because we were in a squeeze to get home, he of course gave phony responses and excuses. We wanted to get home after a long weekend, and so we agreed on the price. He took about 15 minutes to do the job, we paid, and left. We were about 1.3 miles away when our tire pressure dropped below what it was when we first came in. We immediately headed back towards the auto shop, tried calling, and of course - no response. This man knew exactly what he was doing, and manipulated people in need of a SERVICE. This man is a representation of this shop, it’s lack of ethics in business and more.Service: Tires

My sister and I got a nail in one of our tires driving back down to Jersey from MA. Plugging a tire should cost between $10-$20. They charged us $50 and would only take cash. We knew we were being swindled on price but figured at least the tire would get us home as we were assured it would. We didn’t even make it a mile up the road. Took it elsewhere to be corrected and they said the patch job we had done was never going to hold. Not happy.Service: Tires

Good service and price is fair. There were no hidden charges. The only thing I didn't like is that it took them much longer than what they said it will. Will come back, but only when I wont be in a rush.

I just had my car dropped off there by mistake. Joe kindly worked with me on releasing my car (free of charge) after explaining to him my situation. It also was there overnight for a few days and even though it wasn’t his clients car, he rushed back to let the tow in sat night and get my keys so it wouldn’t get stolen. Covid rules require AAA not to allow customers in the truck when towing the car. Clearly handles his business professionally. Very grateful for his flexibility and understanding!

Joe does everything he can to uphold his late Father's tradition of doing an excellent job for a fair price, with honesty. If something isn't right, he'll try to make it right. An extremely nice guy, I to the bargain. I trust him, and he fixed my A/C in a way we could afford when it didn't seem like that was possible. Thanks, Joe! So glad to have gotten to meet him. Reminds me of my Dad a lot, a Physicist who used to love to tinker. Joe likes to explain if you're curious. That shows great understanding.

EDIT: I had the wrong auto shop. Owner called followed up with me and was pleasant on the phone. No complaints here! The "John's Auto Shop" in Danbury, however, was not so nice.

Not a good experience. I was suggested by my Mom's auto repair place. Made the appointment he said he fixed it my Mom paid $450.00 to fix her air conditioner and never worked. Brought it back he charged my mother another $425.00. My mother is dissatisfied and he wanted more money. So this place took from my elderly mother $450.00 never will go back again and will NEVER recommend him to anyone.
