My mom told me an indian employee treated her really disrespectful. My mother who has been a customer for over 20 years went to pay her balance and active her new card and this woman told her she didn't want to activate her card even though they have always done it, for 20 years!!! Lazy employees and that woman is lucky I wasn't there because I would have put her in her place!!

I spent a half hour trying to get in touch with an employee or management to find out if a product was in stock, nobody picked up the phone in any department or extension I dialed. I purchased the product that was defective and want to get it replaced. I don’t wanna go chasing a product that’s not in stock

They have a lot of good options and different departments, you can find things for your home or either clothes, gifts and also a Sephora inside!

Whyyy did khols in norwalk remove the price checker machines. Not everyone wants or knows how to use the app and there cell phone. Very inconvenient. Bad Move

Not happy with the Kohls cash policy. Having to wait 4 weeks until one can redeem their Kohls cash is too long. One should be able to use it on their next visit even if it's 3 days later.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store today. A woman who was cleaning the bathroom was very disrespectful to a customer who used the bathroom because she walked into the bathroom while the floor was wet after mopping. After the cleaning woman said very rude, and quite frankly, bizarre things to the customer, she proceeded to follow the customer as she walked through the store. I completely understand why the ratings for the store is so low. The level of cleanliness and quality of some staff has really gone down. I will not return or recommend this store to anyone.

Khols has changed for the worst. Not a place for seniors to shop. Prices went up, took away price checkers replaced with a sign to use mobile app. Took away customer service replaced with Amazon.

I recommend the Khols store, it has everything you need. I love it. Actually, I have been a customer of the store for 9 years. I am excited to talk about the store because since my daughter was born and I have always dressed her from the store, now she is turning 9 and loves khols. ??
