“I ordered a new mailbox earlier this week from Mr. Mailbox. I did it completely online and was able to order exactly what I wanted; exact color, new mailbox post, installation, customization, everything.... paid via credit card and then just assumed it would take a couple weeks to get everything in order and for them to come out and install it. Much to my surprise, 2 days later, I went out to collect my mail and there it was, the new mailbox! It looked even better than I though it ever would. I didn't even hear or see them take the old on out and install the new one, but there it was. Couldn't be happier with the ease in ordering, customization (street name and number) quality of the new box, new mailbox post and the absolute excellent installation job. Highly recommend! “This store and it's owner provided me with exceptional customer service and went way above and beyond to help me out! I was having difficulty with another UPS store in SC charging me $$$$$ for the delivery of a package that had been dropped off at their store. In addition to them rarely answering their phone they also refused to explain the price they had quoted me even though I had the dimensions and weight of the package and knew I was being overcharged. After several attempts to resolve the situation myself I went into the Darien store to ask for advice. Marcos, the owner of the Darien UPS store was extremely helpful and offered to help me dealing with the SC store. Ultimately, he called the other UPS store several times for me and got the package delivered safely for half the originally quoted price. Marcos then also helped me load it into my car: it was heavy!!! Exemplary customer service! Thank you, Marcos, I could not have got this delivered without your help!”

“MOHAMMED AND MARIE ARE BOTH VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. They helped me reprint a return label that was too big at no charge, and I also saw them doing everything they could to make things easier for the other customers in the store. There were also a number of customers oh the store so I expected to have to wait but they were very quick while at the same time being very helpful and friendly. This is now my #1 spot to send out UPS!”
