It was the worst experience I ever had when purchasing a new car .I told the sales person that I like the blue truck, he replied is black I said it 2 more times that the truck to me was blue .At that point I did not think much it.I end up buying the truck .When I got home 30 minutes later I take look at the paperwork and they register my brand new blue pick up as black .Turn around went back spoke to sales person and the person whom did the paperwork and both said that is ok to register a blue truck as black , that’s it . Not sorry, not can we fixed .

Big shoutout to Mychael and the technicians at McMahon Ford, who went out of their way to take care of an issue occurred during a recall service, which would cost $$$ if we end up replacing the part (not covered by Ford). Will def do business again.

Absolutely the worst service department I've dealt with in the 45 years I've been driving.Their automatically generated answer posted below at 3am is a perfect example of the satisfaction you will receive from McMahon's service department. I don't want to discuss anything. I wanted my car fixed. A simple minor alignment adjustment. I wouldn't recommend bringing a tricycle to get fixed at this place.

Had a wonderful experience at McMahon Ford recently purchasing a new Bronco Sport Outer Banks. We were taken care of nicely by Cheryl, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional! She was very professional, thorough and a great person to work with. Upon taking delivery of our new Bronco, Al over in finance made the whole process seamless, with no stress. A year after ordering my Mustang Mach e premium it finally came!!!!! Cheryl was the best! She updated me every step of the way and Al the finance manger got me out the door and driving in 10 mins. Great team! Great customer service! And of course I'm extremely happy

This was an unexpectedly very enjoyable experience. It's unfortunate that McMahon needs to overcome the weight of an industry that has such a soiled reputation as they could not have made this more pleasurable. We identified the car we wanted, a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid Titanium. McMahon was one of 3 dealers within 50 miles of our home. With our guard up from the negativity of previous car purchases, we called first to ensure that the car would be there before driving 90 minutes. We were connected with Owen Callahan. Having recently retired from a 40 year career in sales, no one has a greater distaste for rotten, inept sales people than me. Owen has shown himself to be the consummate sales professional and he was delightful to work with. Patient in addressing all of our questions, and there were many as this was our first entry into the hybrid zone. We went for a test drive that was long enough to allow both the wife and I sufficient time behind the wheel. It was a totally relaxed experience. When we returned to pick up the car a week later (due to their doing additional detailing and waiting for our personal check to clear as we didn't finance), Owen spent about an hour with us out in the car showing us the ropes of our new car. And as it was a Titanium package, this car has it all. Indeed his training us on the vehicle only ended when I couldn't absorb anymore and told him we would need to learn the rest on our own, which we are and we've loving the vehicle. We can unequivocally recommend Owen.As we didn't finance, I was all ready to butt heads with Al Berger their finance manager as I anticipated his throwing every add-on to a purchase in our direction- extended warranty, maintenance plan, etc., etc. I was truly unsettled when it was such a painless experience. Yes, he presented all that but with no pressure at all, just easy clear explanations. Indeed, we'll be returning for the application of one product he had presented, that being a car protection application that comes with both exterior and interior warranties.SUMMARY - Our experience with McMahon Ford contrasted with all our expectations and judging from their already high Yelp rating in comparison with our local NJ Ford dealers, it's obvious others have also had good dealings with them. Indeed our sole cautionary drawback - the street behind them (Hoyt Street) is metered parking which we hadn't noticed and it did add a $20 ticket to our car's purchase price.

We purchased a 2020 certified pre owned Ford Ranger 1 week ago today and couldn’t be happier. The transaction was virtual as we live out of state in MA. Any apprehension we had about purchasing a vehicle site unseen was put to rest by our professional and super attentive sales rep Caroline. Caroline patiently answered all of our questions, sent multiple rounds of up close detail pics of the vehicle upon our request, had a few items double checked with the in-house mechanic, and even took it for a test drive personally (also upon our request). When we arrived on pick up day Caroline was there to cheerfully greet us and walk us through all the vehicle features and FordPass app. Much to our delight we found a vehicle in even better condition than the pictures depicted. Chris the sales manager facilitated the paperwork and was a courteous straight shooter that didn’t try to upsell - rather ensured our return business when our Rangers time is up. Thanks for a great buying experience!

What a great experience it was to purchase from McMahon Ford. I highly recommend working with Cheryl Huse—she truly restored my faith in humanity. Cheryl was courteous, straightforward, and genuinely cared about helping me find a safe and reliable car for myself and my family. Cheryl is an asset to the Ford family, and it is her selling style that should be the standard for all car sales.
