Went in to find a suit and the woman asked if she could help me. She pointed me in the right direction and agreed the one I chose was one of the best. The prices are very fair. She was friendly upon speaking with her and the shop has many different options.

After reading reviews, I was a little nervous to come here but we received great service. I called ahead incase we needed an appt. to get a tech suit but the woman just said to come in, (at least 2 hours before closing). We were in there on a Saturday, there was no one else in the store and the woman was super helpful with getting my daughter into the right suit and the right fit. I probably could have purchased the same suit online slightly cheaper but as this was her first tech suit we had no idea which was a good suit and wanted to get the proper fit. It was well worth the money & the trip.

Arrived ten minutes before closing and was told to hurry they are closing. Rude staff and wasn’t helped in figuring out the best swim outfit for my daughter.

The woman that works at the store today Is absolutely horrible. I walked right out without buying anything. She was yelling at this lady and her granddaughter who had just purchased 2 pairs of googles that broke on first try to put on. She was absolutely awful about the situation and they clearly don’t back up their products. At prices like they have, I will take my business elsewhere.

Stay away from this shop!!!. The manager or owner as she did not make that clear to me who she is, Maria. Will not replace anything for you even thought it is less then 30 days from the purchase. Also sold a swim suit that had a tiny whole in it and did not want to replace it.

I wish I could give no stars or negative stars. We hear so much about supporting local businesses but when you do and they are as unaccommadating as Metro Swim Shop in Norwalk, I just go back to online shopping. The return policy here is stringent. I tried to return (with receipt) Speedo goggles that I received as a Christmas gift. the packaging of the goggles is poor so the package was popping open when I got the gift (this is the fault of Speedo) The woman working there inspected the goggles and told me that they would not take them back because there was tape on them and she could see fingerprints on the googles. the goggles have a film covering over them so any fingerprints were not on the goggles themselves. A little goodwill goes a long way. they may not have been able to resell these goggles "as new" but certainly could have put them in the discount bin or sent them back to Speedo to take with a complaint about the packaging (since it was a defect in design of the packaging). Ironically I had a lot of things to buy and was prepared to spend close to $200 that day. The worst part was the woman's attitude. dismissive and rude.

Avoid this place!! Horrendous and rude manager! Limited stock, and it's your fault for even asking. If you are looking for a tech suit don't bother! Never again will I ever come here.

New Beginnings!! I must admit, 3 years ago the staff was VERY rude, BUT they must be under new management or have more of a positive outlook on their business. I have been there three times since last spring (2021) and it has been a pleasurable experience every time. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and about competitive swim gear. This swim family will be back!

The worst customer service , I've ever seen. I'm trying to place a team order for a month now , no success. Person with name "Andrian" is hanging up and not transferring the calls no managers, he is also not taking calls if he sees same person calling. Doesn't sound like the other person the other reviews mention is there anymore, was there this weekend and the person there was very nice and helpful.
