Poor customer service. Whatever frame is working there full time right now, is very rude. She lacks manners. I’ve been in a couple times the past few weeks to switch back to metro and connect my Apple Watch, she has been rude every time. I hope I don’t have to go back to the store anytime soon to deal with her attitude. I’ve given her the benefit of the doubt. However today, I had to repeat myself numerous times as if she can’t comprehend English and still gave me a stank face like there was an issue. She was eating and kept telling me to hold on so she could take another but like I got the time of day. Nonetheless she think I don’t speak Spanish, I am Dominican, she over here telling one of her coworkers to one over to her place and saying inappropriate things like I wasn’t standing there. I understood everything she said. I will happily go to another company store if I ever see her in there again because that behavior is just plain nasty. Unacceptable. And tell her who said this too, ridiculous.
