The staff was great, I walked in and needed to replace my windshield wiper on the driver side of my vehicle the team jumped on it right away and I was able to get going with my day before the expected rain started, very professional I would recommend to check them out if you have any car trouble.

Went in for emissions testing and ended up performing another service simply due to how I was treated. I plan on bringing my family's cars to Midas moving forward for oil changes, and possible other services.

I went there to diagnose windshield spray problem. My car got fixed on the spot while I enjoyed a cup of coffee. Great and knowledgeable service. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Matt and Alex at Midas. They took care of my car on a number of occasions and every time we’re professional, courteous, timely, and just all Great to deal with. I am planning on bringing all of my cars here moving forward since they’re able to diagnose the issues and do a very solid fix and repair. Their technicians are also very friendly.

I can't say enough about the service & professionalism by Matt, Alex & all the staff at Midas of Norwalk. I have been a customer for many years & a few vehicles. They have fixed everything for me from new brakes to oil changes, broken washer fluid lines to weird sensors going off & even no heat. Everytime I bring my vehicle in they do a thorough diagnostic check & always call to inform me of what they've found & what needs to be done. Their work is done in a timely fashion & I've never had a problem. I'm a very satisfied with the service they have provided over the years & would recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.

I have been a loyal Norwalk Midas customer for about 20 years; Matt has always taken exceptional care of my cars. From brakes, to oil changes, to my most recent inspection before my lease buyout, I have never been disappointed. Matt is professional, knowledgeable, and more than happy to explain, clearly and succinctly, exactly what work has been done or needs to be done. I would go nowhere else.

Tbh this should be a negative zero. These guys try to rip me off telling me my calipers are bad but I went to 3 different pro mechanics and told me it's fine and its low quality brakes. I argue the case with midas corperate and called them out on their b.s. I got my front rotors and brakes warranty exchanged with overpriced labor. After I got my car back I noticed a scuff in the back bumper of my car and when analyzing it Its definitely done by midas (accident or on purpose) they try to keep it quiet about it like I won't notice, but I caught it in time. I'm escalating this to corporate until this is fixed.

Horrible experience! Be extremely careful going to this place. I went to have my tires replaced, and after three hours they asked if I would like to open an interest free for the first 6 months account. After receiving the first statement there is a charge for $12.00, something called a promotional plan fee.I’m fighting this. They also tried to sell me breaks for $1500, scaring me by saying that my breaks were shot and could lock up at any time. My regular mechanic is replacing the pads for under $100, and said everything else is fine. To top it off they tried to change me $125 to turn off the tire pressure light, after they changed the tires! Total scam of a business, stay away!!
*Update. I highly recommend Monro. They did a complete break job for over $800 LESS than the estimate I got here! Professional, and very kind. Also took less time than getting my tires done here. They also fixed the tire sensor light, at no charge.
