i honestly thought this place was good until they completely failed me a month later. I recently bought a new used tire from this tire shop about a month ago and my tire popped and got completely ripped and damaged the other day. They even said they were gonna fix my alignment and they never did. Also the guy who put air in my tires had a bad attitude and he also took my tires air caps so i had to buy new ones for my tires. I will add a picture of the tire damaged. I do not recommend this place they dont have good tires for good use at all. they just want your money and thats it !! They were unprofessional and I am sorry for ever leaving a good review on this place they don’t deserve it at all. Made me waste my money and my time just for my tire to be so damaged a month later not even. That is unacceptable ! if i could give this place 0 stars i would. I do not remember the guy who changed my tire but he was young and every time i kept asking a question he kept catching an attitude with me. I definitely didn’t feel welcomed there either. The people were rude. Once they seen me they immediately got mean and started having an attitude towards me. The environment definitely felt a bit racist so for any person of color i do not recommend this tire shop at all -1000/10 service !!!! poor customer service, poor materials, poor communication, poor EVERYTHING !!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

If I could give zero stars I could. Owner doesn’t supervise his workers properly. Broke 2 of my lug bolts and then claimed they were over torqued. Owner then got snobby when I brought up the fact that you should start loosening lug bolts on the ground if they’re not coming out easy. It’s basic knowledge that he claimed he had never heard. I got the car home over an hour away to where I live and got the remaining bolts out in 10 seconds. His employee was nice but definitely not trained well. The main guy himself is an arrogant piece of work.

They are very expensive, they don't know how to do things properly, they damaged my wheel, after the replacement the car started to move erratically, and they blamed me for the car's fault. When we checked elsewhere, they just wanted a balance, which they didn't do. And when I explain that it's their fault, they attack me.

A couple weeks ago I was coming in to visit my brother from Ohio for the weekend and noticed a rubbing sound coming from my passenger front tire.
I pulled into Norwalk New and Used Tires praying they could get me in and get my car back to me the next day.
Without hesitation they said bring it in Saturday morning and they will have it back no problem. Found out a tire bearing was going out and they took great care of me.
I was in a tight spot and they did it a great job with a great price. Thanks guys!

These guys are rare: they are HONEST. Instead of a bait and switch, I was given an honest assessment and a great price. What I thought would take hours and hundreds of dollars took less than an hour and much less than hundreds dollars!
