I don't know where to begin but if you are reading this review you do not have to go to any other place but the Norwalk mattress company - they are a family owned business for many years and their mattresses are by far the BEST in the industry - their staff is so helpful and kind and the delivery service can not be beat - however, even if you have an issue a few years later they are there to help you out - The Talalay mattress is not cheap - but you get what you pay for and a mattress should be your top priority - I will be moving to Charleston soon and intend on buying a few more to have shipped down south - they were even so kind as to give me a list of moving companies to check out as they were the best priced in town - WOW - this is the best family owned company and when it comes to getting a good night sleep - look no further but the Norwalk Mattress Company. - I wish I could give them 100 Stars because they so deserve it - thank you!!!!!

As a Norwalk native I can say this mattress company is legendary and still the best value for your money available nationwide. You will get a truly superior mattress for less money than any national premium brand. (Note NM is flippable- most are NOT!) I have a queen that is pushing 20+ years still in excellent shape. I just bought my 3rd one and will never go anywhere else.

No need to shop anywhere else. Made in USA. Parents bought from here decades ago. Our first mattress lasted 25 years only got rid of it when child finished college and didn't want to bring it home. Current mattress is 25 yrs old and in perfect shape. Just needs a topper to soften up the mattress.

SHOP ELSEWHERE, I paid $1100.00 for a Mattress and Boxspring from This Place and for a Place that manufacturers these products you would think that can do a better job and provide better material in the production process. Two weeks after I bought My Mattress and Boxspring from this place one of the wheels broke off on the bed frame. I can tell the bed frames were cheap and the wheels are made of plastic even the delivery drivers that work for this company informed me that this is a common problem.I should have kepted my old bed frame and two springs inside the boxspring gave way. Oh Yea the lady that I spoke too on the phone told me if I spent $2200 instead I would have gotten and better bed. Plus she was so judgemental of my shortcomings. I found her very rude and acting holier than thou. The delivery drivers were kind and professional that is why I gave them 1star.

We bought a mattress from them over 25 years ago and when it came time to replace our main bed's mattress, the choice was easy. They make coil and foam mattresses, all at their showroom/workshop in Norwalk. Pricing is competitive and workmanship is superb. Buy local and support your community businesses!

I’m very happy with the service I received. The delivery was prompt and the young men who delivered the mattress could not have been nicer, more polite and seemed to really enjoy their job. I’ve been waiting to buy a mattress from Norwalk Mattress for a long time. I’m so glad I did.

I have a history of back problems, and selected Norwalk Mattress because they are a local company and I figured they would stand behind their product. I had a problem with my mattress about two years after buying it, and they absolutely stood behind it and rectified the situation.
