Customer service is horrible. How can you say your a community pharmacy when most of inventory is on backorder.

I called every pharmacy in Norwalk and they did not have my medication. My doctor suggested Norwalk Pharmacy and they had the medication. They were also very nice

After years of very frustrating service with another pharmacy, we decided to switch over to Norwalk Pharmacy, it has been an absolute pleasure. The staff has gone above & beyond with customer service, they truly care about their customers. We are happy to support a local family business. Give them a try, other pharmacies can't even compare.

You probably aren’t looking for a new pharmacy, but I hope this review will encourage you to reevaluate where you get your prescriptions filled. Norwalk Pharmacy is relatively new, but their human-centered approach reminds me of a time when local, family-owned businesses were more the norm. These days, worker shortages at your local Walgreens could mean you don’t get your prescription because they are randomly closed during regular hours or filling a prescription at CVS means a bombardment of text message reminders, app notifications, and the dreaded yard-long receipt.Norwalk Pharmacy is timely and professional, while also using a friendly approach. I recently filled a prescription with my daughter in tow. She was, of course, eyeing all of the candy. Without hesitation, the pharmacist offered her a lollipop, and made my daughter’s day. On another visit, I witnessed what might have been a more difficult exchange at a franchise pharmacy become a stellar example in customer service. The customer was struggling to understand her prescriptions, their costs, and a few other questions. She was borderline irate, but the pharmacist was very kind in explaining everything to her, rather than just using an “it is what it is“ approach it. The customer relaxed and I could tell she felt better educated and more confident by the experience. Some of this may seem basic, but sometimes it feels like we’ve gone too far from the basics. These little moments of connection in places where we’re no longer accustomed to seeing them are far too rare. Norwalk Pharmacy reminds us that when we’re shopping local, even just for medication, we can find a little ways to restore our common humanity, and bring the small joys of toddler lollipops into our every day lives.

Nothing like the personal relationship with a caring, old school pharmacy. Really nice staff. A refreshing contrast to the national chains.. Norwalk, support this pharmacy!!! Dr. R

Best pharmacy ever! I started going here after always having issues with CVS and I’m so happy I made the switch. They’re always friendly, they call when my prescriptions are ready, and if there’s an issue with a prescription they take care of it. They’re also very quick and efficient.

I left Walgeens behind because of their terrible customer service and long waits. I tried CV$ and they were just as bad. I gave Norwalk Pharmacy a shot based on a co-worker's recommendation.
