“Awesome store, super friendly and knowledgeable employees! I walked in 15 min before they closed and Brandon the store manager took his time, educated me on all their different lines of paint, helped me pick out 4-5 colors for an apartment I’m working on and did it all with patience and a smile.
He stayed 30 min late and didn’t make me feel rushed or wasn’t cutting corners in explaining all their products to me. He also wheeled the 5 gallon buckets out to my car to make it easy for loading and shook my hand at the end and let me know to call him for any other projects. That too while staying late!
So hard to find customer service like this after COVID and it led to an amazing customer experience.
I hope corporate reads this so they can use Brandon as an example and set this type of service level as the standard for all stores. Will definitely be back!”
