Been with progressive for years. They tried taking a $7,000.00 payment from my bank today. Absolutely unacceptable I really hope they fix this or our relationship will be coming to an end.

Progressive sucks stay away. My son was hit from behind your company won't send anyone out to look they want only pictures. Called lawyer

Worst service ever. Claim took a whole month to get resolved. Terrible communication made me switch insurance company since they were so frustrating
