Anytime I come here for bloodwork there’s always an issue with timing. Even when making an appointment, expect to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour past your reserved time. This is quite frustrating! They need to respect their patients time.

Great service overall. I can’t say everyone will have the same care provider I did, but my experience was great. She was super calming, didn’t have to poke around to find my vein, talked to me while I was sitting there.

This quest is located in a large building with lots of Medical suites… IT IS IN THE SECOND FLOOR, all the way to the right out of the elevator.
I honestly found it to be pretty seamless. Arrive on time, have your license available and use the iPad to log in (the touchscreen is a little finnicky). I legit was there 7 mins this morning for my labs. The phlebotomist was really good and it was an easy and efficient visit!

Wow! I made an appointment online the night before, fasted overnight and went in to have some bloodwork done. I got there 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and as I filled in my details at the terminal in the waiting room, I discovered the appointment I scheduled was not made, so I was then considered a walk in. After reentering all my details into this terminal, I sat to wait for a blood specialist- when suddenly someone came out from the treatment rooms, called me in and completed all the withdrawals necessary, sending me to continue my day. All in less time than that of my original appointment. I was very happy and the specialist was wonderful. I want go back !

If you make an appointment, there is no waiting time. Quick turnaround time before you get results too.
Self check in works great but you have to being your physical card for drivers and insurance. That's not difficult.
The negative reviews are from people who were not organized and don't understand the system. Quest charges whatever the insurance doesn't cover. It's automatic. If you have a problem with what's covered then take it up with the insurer

If you don't have an appointment just go home. To make matters worse I was reprimanded for not having an appointment even though it clearly states that they have walk-ins. There is a waiting room smaller than most bathrooms. Speaking of bathrooms, it was about as sanitary as a gas station bathroom. It was always full and people waiting in the hallway for my 1.5 hour wait. Just packed in like sardines with people coughing. The place was disgusting. It was filthy. It was in disrepair. Everything looked dirty. The staff was incredibly rude. What a dumpster fire. I will say the phlebotomist was really good and it was painless.

Had an appointment at 810. Needed to email my order and use the bathroom which is inside the facility so I couldn’t use while I waited. Easy to email this form btw - just send it to an email address. But she made me wait in the waiting room where the sign is to do so and brought me in 25 minutes after my scheduled time making me late for work because I didn’t get out of there until much later. Could have let me do it in the room while other things were done or let us know while waiting so we don’t waste time

We (seven in line) are all here at 7:15 am and they haven’t even opened yet. Someone in the building said they’re often late. Very frustrating, given their customers have jobs where people actually have to be on time. And then she was rude.
