do not go to Quest or specifically the Darien location. I have never not had an issue here. computers not working and the staff does not seem to know what they are doing. it's a joke to make an appointment as it doesn't seem to matter. no more quest visits for me. it's the worst!!

I walked in and watched 5 people who had appts go in ahead of me. The tech finally let me in but berated us for not having online appointments even though the sign indicated walk in were allowed. The person next to me said the website was difficult to register an online appt. It was a terrible experience.

I made an appointment the previous night, showed up ten minutes before my appointment, and was seen right on time. My phlebomist Marlene was quick, friendly, and professional, and I barely even felt the pinch.

40 Cross St. Norwalk is not recommended to use.Ones, a few years ago they mixed my blood test with someone's else. This year a hispanic lady was rude and didn't care to help me with a code for my test. I didn't know where to get it, she said - "go ask your doctor, I cannot do it without it". I was so upset :( So, I went to another Quest office at East Avenue and they helped me immediately, explained me and gave me everything I needed.

I had a good experience here. I made my appointment online and got a text the morning of with a link to click on when I got there. I clicked on the link while waiting for them to open and just went in and sat down when they did. I was happy not to have to do the whole i-Pad thing. The phlebotomist was very nice and it didn't hurt. Thanks!

Went to quest to get some yearly blood work done. The online process was very easy to follow. I hiiiiighly recommend that you sign up online as opposed to a walk in. Signing up online gives you priority. I was surprised to see that there was no staff member available upon entering. Guests had to sign in using a kiosk machine which is not user friendly to all people. Especially those who struggle with technology. I had to help multiple guests while I was waiting my turn. The small office space with 5 chairs had about 9 people in the room plus people waiting outside the office. It took about 10 extra minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Staff was lovely. I was very disappointed to see four urine samples lined up in the bathroom when I had to go do mine. I was told to leave mine with the others. That is unsanitary and there's a potential for urine to be tampered with.

You will check in on an iPad. Made an early appointment (8am) and was in and out quickly. Waiting room was busy when I left at 8:10. My nurse was very nice!

Receptionist’s tone and attitude were as if my presence as a customer was the greatest inconvenience of her day. If you don’t want to speak to people, maybe try another job where you don’t have to. Left without getting my lab test and going to Labcorp instead.

Arrived before 12 and they were already closed. No directions in lobby to where quest is and no one answered the phone.

Everyone was nice and helpful at first but then the lady was telling my son to pick a cup out of the garbage and pee in it and I was saying just get a new one and she would not and so my son didn’t get to pee In the cup and he needs it for school and this is the second time in a week I’ve had to come

I left work 2 times on 2 different days to get blood work done at this location. No one was at the front. I had to help people check in at the iPad. After checking in and waiting for almost an hour, 2 patients were taken before me. I had to rush back to work with no blood being drawn. I’m also pregnant and need to have these labs done ontime. No one helped me.

Worse experience ever. Will never visit here.Took my 2 years old here this Lady didnt know what she is doing poking his arm over and over couldnt drawn blood for test. I should read these reviews before would have never taken him at this labg. Painful experience for parent and Child. She instead of saying that she cant draw blood blaming on parent that your child is so strong and kept moving his arm. Please train them right so they know what they are doing.

I went to the Quest location in the Brick Walk in Fairfield this morning for a 7:30 appointment. The office was closed, despite their posted opening time of 7:00. There were 6 people waiting to get in. At about 7:35 a woman showed up who said she was a trainee and did not have a key, and she didn't know who was working that day. She made a phone call and then it was announced that someone would be there with a key in 30 minutes (i.e. after 8:00). More people were arriving for their appointments. I decided to leave and make an appointment for another day. This is totally unacceptable.
