This is my second time having Donovan do my blood draw. As a person who is nervous about needles, he was so lovely and soft spoken and put me right at ease. He is wonderful. We are very lucky to have a convenient location with such great staff.

Great experience at Quest with Hugo, who took my blood. He was excellent - no pain, no bleeding and no black and blue after the fact.
Took me right on time (I had an appointment) and the whole thing was complete in 10 minutes.
