I was there on 1/26/24 for Urine and Labs my doctor ordered which my urine was needed in order to send a prescription it took a week for results to come back. I called my doctor's office to make sure they now send prescription out since they have labs and test back, but they said they didn't have urine, but I did not know that until 6pm that evening because they left me a message while at work and I didn't have the chance to check voicemail until later. So, it appears this quest location lost my urine sample, never sent it out to be tested therefore its either still sitting at facility there never got put into computer and now I don't know what to do and can't get my meds and can't reach anyone until Monday which is hard being that I can't call while at work there is no service in the school building I work at. It is not February 3.

Reckless and rude. They run the place like they want to incubate contagious disease: cramped unmasked waiting room, phlebotomists who can't bother to mask. The make billions. Spend some of it fora safe waiting room. Rude, surly staff. On the plus side, results are fast and easy access for doctors and patients.

The fact that this place is still in business is a sign of the sad state of healthcare/medical systems in the US.

Was there today Dec 6th for blood work, this has always been my go to place as I live 5 minutes away, I had an appointment but unfortunately for some reason my doctors office that ordered the blood work for some unknown reason it did not show up on Quest’s computer, Arin and Donovan were so helpful and told me what to do, so I called my doctor and within a few minutes order was there and Arin took me right away, she was great never even felt the needle!! Both her and Donovan are extremely nice, and hard working! I will continue to use this particular Quest because of them!!

This place is a disaster and a disappointment on every level…NEVER is there not a problem… so come here if you like poor service where people play with your time and your money.“The order isn’t here”, “we don’t have your appointment”, “we don’t have a record, and it’s not our problem, call your doctor, have them call us.”Today, I arrive early to my 12:30pm appointment, one person working. I checked-in online and they start with the usual “we have no record of you.”I call my doctor’s office to inform them of this… as usual; never a problem going anywhere else. And in real time they Re-resend the order TWICE…It’s now 1:45pm and apparently they have nothing coming from my doctors. There is a cue of people checking in, I call my doctor’s office AGAIN and they graciously ask to speak to the person in charge… the man working there vehemently refuses to take the phone call “I don’t care and I’m not going to talk to these people— I don’t know who they are”. I wait some more.Eventually, the other older man who has worked there forever! Comes in and like the rest of the staff proceeded to hide behind frosted windows. It is now 1:15, I have waited for +45 minutes.Have your office call our office!!! they said through the frosted glass… Guess what, you refuse to speak to my doctor when they are on the phone ready to talk to you. Yet you want the same person to call your automated system which never gets through because it’s a ROBOT.At what point are people supposed to say ENOUGH? I am livid because this is not an isolated incident, this is common practice not just here but all over with Quest.

Sanaa was an incredible phlebotomist. Very calming, kind, patient, and professional. Thank you!

Never on time. I went and there were two scheduled appointments at 11 am for myself and someone else. They took the other man first because he was there first. When they took him in, my name disappeared from the que screen with his, so when he came out they said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed them my text messages confirming appointment as well as confirmation code and they told me there was nothing they could do with the confirmation code and that that was for me lol they ended up taking me after everyone else there which was too late to get my cortisol drawn. I go back to get my cortisol drawn at 9:40 and they are running behind again. Cortisol deadline is 10 am. I cannot stand this place.

I was told by my dr to go get blood work done, they said quest takes walk ins so just go there. Never will I step foot inside this building again. First of all, it states that they close at 4:30.. we get there at 4:05 and the door is closed and locked. We knock, and I’m told by a gentlemen (using that term loosely), who told me they do not accept walk ins after 4:10. Mind you, I still have time so I stand there confused. When I say that they should probably make that known bc I left work early to get this done, he rolls his eyes and under his breath says “Jesus” as if we’re doing something wrong by asking to get my blood work done that would literally take all of 5 mins. He continues to tell me that I’m not allowed to get my blood work done bc they don’t take walk ins after 4:10 and continues with huffing and puffing like we’re such a bother, and to come back a different day. It was handled so poorly and to be turned away with more than 20 mins before they close? Because of a made up rule? Terrible customer service, and whoever answered the door had zero regard for treating people with such disrespect. If you’re going to turn people down after answering the door, just don’t answer at all. This has left a very poor taste in my mouth for quest all because of one person with their own self interest. And let it be known, the conversation that was had lasted all of two minutes and we left before it was even 4:10.. yet I was turned away bc “they don’t accept walk ins after 4:10”

Stay away from this place unless you want to waste your whole day there and deal with the disrespectful attitudes. Florence had a horrible attitude and was not understanding at all. Florence was very rude and told me they don't accept walk-ins and that I had to have an appointment. This is not true because their kiosks allow you to be seen as a standby/walk-in. Florence acts very unprofessional and lacks compassion for the patients.

I talk with my doctor before hand to order the tests, make the appointment, and wait expecting good tests. Sometimes I wait 10mins-1hr. No problem, great staff.

I will never come to this clinic again,I made an appointment to donate blood,I wanted the doctor who took my blood to explain how to check the result on the website, and told me that I don't need to go to the doctor because I won't go anyway, it was clean for me to check, he was rude to me, unfortunatelyI don't know his name, but the service was very terrible!!!!!!!

Appointment was at 10 am. I walked in at 9:30am. It’s now 10:30 am. Doesn’t look like people with appointments are given any priorities. People that walked in after me came out much quicker. I had to leave to get back to work. One hour plus commute… wasted.

They are truly the worst people here. Hugo is rude and extremely offensive and not helpful. If this is what Quest diagnostics stands for I recommend going somewhere else.
