Our representative, David was great. He was very helpful in narrowing down the sofa we wanted and made the whole process as easy as possible from the beginning of our interaction up to the payment options. Very professional. An overall pleasant experience, would shop here again.

We had randy and he sold us a queen bedroom set and a big mirror and we got it for a good deal we had a hard time deciding on what to get and he was patient with us I recommend buying furniture from here.

Impressive store! The assistants, especially Tatiana, made my experience exceptional. Working with her was a pleasure—she exudes confidence in all the products and understands your needs so well that it's like having a knowledgeable mom guide you in choosing the perfect piece of furniture. I would have been lost without her, but Tatiana made me feel right at home in the store!

This review is partly about the Newark, DE store, partly about the Norwalk, CT store, partly about the business as a whole. It's a real shame because last year I had a great experience at the Wilmington, DE store (you can see my review on their yelp page).I tried to purchase 2 chairs online, but the $25 off $500+ coupon they'd been emailing me weekly for months didn't work. Screenshot attached. They claimed I hadn't spent $500, even though my cart was at around $740. I got in an online chat, and they had a sales rep place an order for me. This rep was from the Connecticut store, though I would be picking up in Delaware. The conversation did not go super smoothly, they kept thinking I wanted to pick it up in CT. Eventually everything went through, the agent assured me there were no issues.They were supposed to call you to let you know about the items arriving. They didn't of course, so I called them... only to find out my order was flagged for fraud. They didn't bother to call me and tell me, I had to find out myself. My order was blocked (they wouldn't even send the items to Newark until the order was released). Delaware store told me to call Connecticut store. Connecticut store told me to call fraud. Fraud said the order was released after I gave them some info. I called Delaware back, they said it wasn't released. Fraud had lied. Delaware told me fraud was still open past 6 PM when I was on the phone with Delaware a few minutes before 6. I called them and they were closed. I called Delaware back, they gave me a whole bunch of "there's nothing I can do." I got in an online chat with R&F to cancel my order because I was beyond annoyed at this point. They said they couldn't, and I had to call Connecticut. Connecticut knew fraud was closed, but said they'd call me back to see if they could get in touch with someone and get it handled. They called back, no success, canceled the order and refunded my money. Absolute waste of time playing phone call carousel.I still continued to get emails and texts asking me to review the furniture I received (which I didn't receive), complete my order (even though it was completed), etc. over the next couple days. I checked my order status online and it said one of the items is out of stock until 11/13 (3 weeks after pickup was originally supposed to be -- if I had decided to play their games and go through with the order, I would have traveled up to DE and my order wouldn't even have been available for pickup). Yikes. Their systems are completely dysfunctional. I called the CT store on Sunday 10/22, and spoke to someone who assured me my order had been cancelled and promised to send a cancellation confirmation email. She lied. No email came. I got in an online chat the next day and asked them to send the cancellation confirmation email. The online agent couldn't do that. The online agent actually told me the order had been cancelled Sunday (not Friday as the person from CT had told me). They also said they would email the CT store to have them actually send the order cancellation notification. I can't say whether they did, but the CT store never sent me the cancellation notification. I did ultimately receive the refund. But it's like pulling teeth trying to get any decent communication out of anyone at this company.

I always find your store uncomfortable as soon as you walk in the door the salesman soup down on you like vultures, over the years I have purchased many pieces of furniture from your store. That is the one thing that my wife and I cannot stand we’re coming to look at style, color, measurements, etc. and want to talk amongst ourselves when we’re ready to talk to our sales person we would let you know but it’s never the case at Raymour and Flanigan However, Kelly was our sales person. She was professional, knowledgeable there to help us and yet gave us our space. This was the best purchasing experience we’ve had at Raymore Flanigan. Because of Kelly, we decided to purchase our sofa.

It’s always a pleasure shopping at Raymour & Flanigan i had bought almost everything there you name it. The reason why it’s because they have a great team and because they have great management. The team is eager to help you they don’t push you in anyway they take there time with you that’s why i said i almost bought everything there and i am happy with my purchases i would not go anywhere else. Checking out process was nice & easy also the delivery guys were great!!

Spent a couple of hours at RF in Norwalk with David Fernandez, who was one of the very best examples of providing sincere, caring, empathetic, knowledgeable, overly helpful customer service I have ever encountered. I spent my entire career in consumer focused businesses, initially as a retail CEO and then as the chairman of a major consulting firm. David was assisting me in selecting furniture and sundries for an apartment for my wife in a memory care community and handled both me and the assignment at hand with a sincere willingness to provide the help and understanding I needed. So many consumer facing businesses are sorely lacking the element that David exemplifies. It was an uplifting experience meeting and working with him and I congratulate RF on retaining his rare qualities for the last 26 years

Had a really good experience at Raymour, working with Kevin, who is extremely knowledgeable and professional. This may be the 3rd bed I've purchased with RF. Always reliable, prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend:)

Our sales lady, Tatiana, was very knowledgeable about the furniture and answered all of our questions. She was very warm and friendly and gave us time to decide which couch we wanted to purchase!

I came to the store today to buy a desk, bed, and dresser. I was fortunate to have Renault Antoine help me and he was amazing! He gave me various options to choose from but also gave me good suggestions. Thanks Renault for being amazing and making my shopping experience well worth my time and money.
