Watch out for the bait and switch. Prices marked are not what they ring up at the register. When I confronted the manager he was totally unhelpful and rude. Awful customer service. Go to the store in Wilton. Much nicer and helpful personnel.

Excellent service. Denise at Benjamin Moore paint department is wonderful.She was extremely helpful and efficient with the whole process of color selection. She has keen eyes for color and amazing taste. Thank you Benjamin Moore and Ring's End to have someone excellent there.

Very helpful staff with lots of options without having to go to the big box stores. Great selection of paints and unique home items that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Only thing I can complain about is the hours as I usually can’t get here after work before they close.

This place is amazing! We interacted with 5 different people asking about shelves in different departments. Every person was extremely good matured and genuinely helpful! We even got a few suggestions for home depot for somethings to save cost!!! (Funny enough we are actually going to return stuff we bought earlier @ HD and buy it here instead. They have more variety.) The conversation was always how can we solve your problem, not how can we push our product. People were also SUPER knowledgeable! We also looked at prices, and its cheaper or compatible to online. Trust worthy people, wide variety, fair to great prices. Over all it felt safe to shop there, so browsing turned to shopping!!!

I would give this place ten stars if I could. Service was so pleasant and HELPFUL! Joe suggested things authentically and helped answer MANY questions without ever making us feel awkward like in other hardware stores. They really just want to help you.
