ShopRite Pharmacy has that old-time community vibe, where the pharmacists give us way more personal attention than we ever got at CVS. Without being asked, they check about getting us the lowest price from either our provider or Good RX. Plus, they're speedy and give us helpful text updates when prescriptions are ready. We get all our shots there too. We highly recommend this reliable and upbeat team.

The ShopRite pharmacy is the best. They are fast, cordial and they look for the best deal for a senior. Best they give a great shot. MI barely felt my flu shot and COVID update.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. The workers don't say hello or be nice.

Some of the nicest people in the industry. Very kind, patient and professional. Takes the time to answer any questions I have and best of all my prescription is always ready when I'm done shopping!

Overall, this is the best place in town for a middle-class, middle-age broad like myself. Would I rather be shopping at Whole Foods? You bet...but the produce here is way fresher than at S&S or TJ's, and the sales are unbeatable. The only reason for four stars is the older man at the self-checkout, who acts like a head case whenever I check out there. He actually came over and loudly counted my items in front of other customers (which added up to 19 in the "under 20" lane), and then told me I had "too, too many," (or would that be "two too many"?). In any case, until I hit a number, this place is my jam.

Been a patron since they opened their doors and won't shop anywhere else. There are real people there, visible, to help you find something

This is the closest supermarket that has great prices and a lot of deals on a lot of the products that I enjoy. However, sometimes I even come here just to snack on their premade meals. The chicken that is rotisserie is really tasty and the mac & cheese is a perfect way to enjoy your lunch.

The pharmacist, Angelo, is incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Majority of my medications have been filled here for years, and I've never had any issues until recently. I've been having my pet's meds sent to this pharmacy for years without problems, and have always enjoyed how easy and convenient it was for me to get shopping done while picking them up. But now, for about eight months, the pharmacy has refused to contact my 24 hour vet, that prescribed the maintenance medications for my pet's heart, when the scripts run out, even though they are both necessary medications AND they give you an automated option for having the pharmacy contact the prescriber of the meds for you.
Twice prior to this, Angelo has either been rude to myself, or my partner, while picking up meds and speaking with him directly about this.
I've called the pharmacy repeatedly about medications not being filled because of this problem, which is aggravating because of how much I like the other pharmacy employees and generally shopping at Shop Rite. Today, I was told it wasn't their responsibility to call the prescriber, even though that's literally what their automated refill phone line offers, and could overhear Angelo coaching the other employee speaking to me. Then I was told that it's my vet's fault for not responding to their "multiple" faxes about the refill request. I asked to know what fax number they were sending the request to, because I work at this vet, and know they haven't been receiving the requests. I was not given a number to compare to the vet hospital’s fax.
I was put on hold for almost fifteen minutes while being promised that Angelo would be able to get back to me promptly. Finally someone else answered the phone and I was told Angelo had supposedly left for the day while knowing I was waiting to speak to him.
I’m incredibly disappointed by Angelo’s repeated unprofessionalism. Other Shop Rite pharmacy employees have always been professional and polite in regards to their clients.

Food is overpriced compared to other grocery stores in the area. Was in there recently and experienced the rudest and most argumentative female employees that I have ever experienced. It was disgusting to be around there toxicity. barf Felt like I needed a vacation after spending 2 minutes with them. Go up the street and experience decent friendly people and a better grocery store.

I have been coming here for the last few years. It's nothing special and it's priced competitively. I like the store because the staff is friendly, not pretentious, and is well laid out. Mouthing is questionable here and although it can be a madhouse at times, what store isn't studying certain times? I like it's location as it is within 1/4 mile of everything such as home depot, walmart, home goods, chic fil a, etc... I like their bakery items as they are not trying to be fancy and it reminds me of my childhood.

Angelo and his technicians are very helpful. Noori helped my mother when there was a holdup in renewing her BP medications by giving her a few pills. I like how Angelo takes the time to explain to me about insurance issues. I've never used another pharmacy other than Shoprite of Norwalk.
