Terrible experience. It was my first time booking there and I only did so because it was cold and we were spending the day at the mall.
They do not use sterile equipment, disgusting! The gentleman that was doing my nails cut my cuticle so badly that it would not stop bleeding. I told him to stop and he did not go any further but they still charged me for the manicure.
Also, there was no one there that spoke English and all of the manicurists were looking at TikTok and laughing instead of paying attention to the manicures. I took my granddaughters who wanted 2 color ombre on their nails and no one understood what that meant.

I came here for a pedicure and manicure and they are amazing, they are so attentive and take their time, they do them with hot stone and itās so relaxing, amazing place! I love all the workers especially Stephany, I would recommend her if you want a massage and everything!

I had a horrible experience. I was just there a couple of minutes ago.Starting from my entrance they didnt greet me and they told me to put in my information so that i could choose my services for today. They didnāt let me finish and they told me to choose my color. Apparently the color I chose was $10 extra yet they did not tell me. In total they were charging me $50 for me and my daughter who they charged $20 for even thought the childrens service for pedicure is only $10. They only speak chinese and do not understand what I am saying. The guy who was doing my nails started crying because I picked the file so that I could tell him how I wanted the nails to look like because my nails on the edges were very sharp and I asked for a squate cut and he filed them round. He told the manager or the owner that he was mad. They were charging me extra even though I did not get those services. While my nails were drying the owner/ manager and this guy left the salon to talk outside and I wanted to pay. They were so irresponsible and the owner/ manager knew how to speak English although she faked it and started talking Chinese because we were irritated that they were charging us more than we expected. It was really bad and I will never come again.They were treating us badly and they were very rude.There are better places such as Cozy Nail Spa in Hope st, Stamford and Coco Nail Spa in Old Greenwich.

I got my nails done on Sept 13th for my vacation. By the 18th they were already chipping. By the 21st there is no more polish on my nails. They should be able to last longer than a week.

They are usually okay. But to spend $35 on a pedicure and not get a massage on your feet is crazy. I get the UV Gel Overlay on my NATURAL nails and they try to charge me to shape my nailsā¦ my natural already round nails to be shaped to round. They also are very misleading with their prices. They donāt tell you that everything is additional cost so online is false advertising. They also like to trash talk clients to coworkers which is very rude. And get attitudes very easily when you donāt like something.

My issue is not with the nails themselves. The few times Iāve been here the work has been good. My problem was with the inconsistent pricing. The last time I went I got a uv gel fill with regular polish and top matte coat. It was $45 for a fill and then an extra $5 because my nails were ālongā, $5 to cut my nails, and $5 to shape which was really just filing because I didnāt change the shape. Normally, services like filing and cutting nails are included in the regular manicure price not an extra itemized charge.

Didnāt come for nail services but for eyebrow waxing and came home to realize that one eyebrow shape differs from the other brow, when I got there I asked the girl if she can wipe my brow gel I had on which she said āokā to and proceeded to put wax on top I wouldāve understood if she didnāt have anything but she didnāt understand what I asked for because she did the complete opposite beside she didnāt fully trim the edges of them or use any eyebrow scissors like most places do also I found it a bit gross that there was a girl before me and they donāt use either seat covers nor did they wipe the chair off!

I paid top dollar. This girl missed steps. Had to get someone else to fix my pedicure. The place was filthy where they did my manicure. I should have walked out after the pedicure, but desperately needed a manicure. Not relaxing at all. Will not return.

I wish I can give a million star rate, everything about this nail salon is beyond perfect. I travel all the from the Bronx New York just to get my nails done. A big shout out to my nail technician Emily for always going above and beyond with each set, getting my nails done here is the best thing I look forward to every month. I get my nails done and Iām already booking my next appointment. The workers are so nice and welcoming. I recommend everyone get their nails and more done here you wonāt regret it.
Requested style: Every nail design I request, my nail tech does it exactly like the picture or even better
Cleanliness: The salon is always spotless clean

Very disappointed by the pedicure I received in the new space inside the Sono Mall. My nails were not buffed and were very rough afterward.
