Always a great experience. Had an issue with a smell I couldn’t get out of my car, went to multiple car washes with luck and only left me with hints of scents. Went to splash Norwalk and they did exactly what I asked in less time and a better price. Come to splash for your cars needs!!

Vicky Cardona and her entire team are always so pleasant and welcoming! We are monthly members and come weekly for our two cars. Today we had our 2018 SUV detailed and WOW, it’s like a brand new SUV inside and out! Upon checkout I purchased a gift card for my husband to take his car for the same five star detail soon! So happy, thank you Splash!

Splash is always our number one car wash spot! We have the monthly package and can stop in anytime for a quick freshen up or when the kids have really trashed the car they can give us the full clean. Makes the car feel new again!Service: Auto detailing

Keeping my car clean is essential for the lifestyle I live. Taking time to keep my car clean is an important use of my time and energy. Always, I have a pleasant experience when I visit a Splash Car Wash. It's the people who work here. I am always treated well. I always get my car nice and clean inside and out when I visit the full service locations. I get my oil changed with Splash regularly, too. I am grateful for their superlative customer care and do my best to reciprocate. If you bring your car to Splash, I imagine you shall enjoy the experience and value received. It has become more than about cleaning one's car for me. As a customer, I am valued and appreciated not just by management at Splash, but by all involved doing their best. It must be obvious I am a grateful customer... ?

The best place to get your car wash in Norwalk! Always a great job and if you don’t like something they’re very accommodating. Ladies insisted that I don’t get my windows cleaned. The sign says $20 oil change but it’s misleading not worth the price just go to Valvoline unless you’re desperate for a car wash

I normally do not post any reviews unless it is necessary. I highly recommend you to skip this place and find any another one in the area. I paid $80.00 just so I can go home and clean the car again. They didn’t even open the trunk to vacuum it, mind you i had a 4-door sedan with nothing inside. I really expected so much more, I highly suggest you skip this place.Services: Auto detailing

Gabby did a great job explaining the oil change for me and I was able to defer the car wash that came with it. Service people let me know I needed to change filter which was helpful!

Don't go to this carwash unless you want stuff stolen from out of your car and to be discriminated against by VICKY CARDONA. She is supposedly an assistant manager but her attitude and demeanor are classless.I pay for the unlimited car wash membership and come here pretty frequently. So much so that the staff knows I stay in my car while it goes through the wash and that I ask for EXTERIOR cleans only. I went about 3 weeks ago and after my wash, I head inside to get cash for their tip box. Before I leave, I ask again to have only the outside of the car dried off. While I am gone, they start to clean the interior even though I requested not to. While inside my car, someone takes the liberty of helping themselves to a pair of gold earrings that were left in the passenger side door storage. I didn't notice they were missing until later that night. The next day, I went back to speak to the manager, German. I let him know that the earrings belonged to my girlfriend, and they hold sentimental value. I asked that they please be returned, and I offered to compensate anyone who "found" or returned them. I was told that all the employees there were very honest and would never steal anything but after reading some of these comments, that is clearly not true as employees have in multiple cases stolen any money or valuables left in the car.I went back again a few days ago for a wash. The moment they scanned my sticker, VICKY CARDONA came over and tells me that I CANNOT stay in my car anymore while the car is being washed. I reiterated to her that I always stay in my car and because of my last carwash experience I wanted to stay inside. She responded "for the protection of HER employees and a new policy" I could not stay in my car anymore. I was taken aback by her rude and aggressive demeanor. I had always stayed in my car and it was never a problem. I asked a few people I knew who worked there about this new policy and they were just as confused as I was. They said they had not been notified of this and there were customers that same day who requested to stay in their cars with no issues. Oh, and regarding the missing earrings situation she said "I don't have any comments" again in a rude and aggressive manner and left. I called their customer relations hotline as well as 3 local Splash car washes in reference to this new policy and they all confirmed that no such policy exists. This manager or assistant manager I should say showed no empathy or sympathy whatsoever to the situation happening. Not only do their employees steal out of cars, but management will also take no accountability, treat you like garbage and cause a scene by telling you to get out of your car in front of other customers. I didn't want to make a big issue when this first happened but after being humiliated in front of other customers and being told I was not allowed to sit in my car, I terminated my membership and will have my family do the same. I want this matter escalated to the corporate office or to either Mark Curtis or Chris Fisher. If this is how your establishment treats their customers and nothing is done about it, it speaks volumes about Splash Car Wash's values. It is not so much about the stolen jewelry anymore as it is about basic human etiquette and morals.
