Disappointing Experience: Initially, I was a satisfied customer having received three nice haircuts there before. However, my recent visit left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about returning. The sides were left unlined, and the top was trimmed poorly, prompting me to return for a fix. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection at home, it became evident that the job was still uneven and rushed. The entire process felt hurried, with the cut barely lasting 15 minutes. While they did attempt to rectify the issues upon my return, the overall quality is lacking. As someone who values consistency and attention to detail in their haircuts, I will not be returning.

They have the worst app. Their own App asks us to come at a certain time, then when we arrive at the tjme - the store appointments make us wait 45-50 min in store before even starting the hair cut. Why even have an app to check in and request to come at a certain time ? I mean the app is useless at this time.complained to managers previously and they don’t care a damm for customer’s time. Might be the last time I wait.I doubt I would keep my haircuts on this branch or the app and go to a local guy henceforth. Horrible customer service by this company ! Their corporate supposedly doesn’t even listen to their managers! Way to lose customers !!

This is the only place my son will let me take him. He has found a stylist that he loves. She listens to everything that he wants and then bounces back ideas with him that fit his hair texture.

Very good service, I recommend making an appointment on the Internet page, the MVP service is the best, cutting, washing hair and massage. It cost me 27 USD. Good value for money.
