Nice store. Took me a few minutes to find the items I needed but I was asked if I needed help. The price match was appreciated since I didn't realize that the Staples.com prices were less than the actual store prices.

We went here for passport photos, they have a bright white lit up screen to serve a background. Makes anyone look much much darker than they really are. We had no choice so we went ahead with it. We needed four copies, so that was double the cost. We paid $35 for four passport photos! Then headed towards the photocopy machine. Both copies had a yellowish band across the bottom half. Asked the person at the printing services and he shrugs as though it's not really his problem. What a waste of time.

Had the best tech appointment with Chris at Staples. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and clearly communicates. He followed thru with everything he said would be done for my laptop issue. Really appreciate his knowledge and expertise!

Good customer service must be dead. I was spoken to rudely today when i was inquiring about an online pickup that I had just submitted. The gentleman basically told me it’s not *magic* and it needs to cross into the system and they have to pick it off the shelf. Duh! Proper customer service would have asked me to wait a couple of minutes for it to cross and then they’d get to it when they could probably within half an hour or whatever time frame! Nope nothing was said. Ironically, as I turned to leave he asked what was the item and tried to help me then. No thanks. I get that we don’t care now a days but really? Just unnecessarily rude.

1:15pm 5/18/22 Store doors locked while I saw employees inside relaxing by posting "Closed" sign during regular weekdays business hours! Waste of my time driving here!

Dominick, at this store, managed to save our Mailmate shredder! The bin wouldn't open, so we couldn't empty it. He worked it out to save the day!

I just want to thank the very nice girl in the office and copy department who was so helpful to my dad. Christina went above and beyond to walk him through what seemed to be a difficult process for him. He had tried to get some work done at the FedEx near by, and was quickly shut down and told to try the staples down the road. My dad felt stressed and a bit overwhelmed and luckily he met Christina who managed to solve the entire problem in under half an hour! Thank you Christina for being so kind and patient with my dad, and being able to remind us all great customer service still exists! 5 stars for staples at westport ave!!

Terrible experience! When I got home I realized that I was charged for 2 items on my receipt after I told the cashier that I didn't want them because he said they were a different price than was advertised. Very sorry that I went there instead of shopping online. Will never shop there again. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
