Great shopping experience at Staples. Ease of finding products and checking out

I've shopped at a few different Staples stores and each time I've had nothing but friendly people that have been more than helpful in helping me find what I need. I recently purchased some office furniture cubes that had gone on clearance and I visited a few stores and each one they were more than willing to go check the back for any inventory and help me load my purchases into my car. I don't find too many places anymore that are happy to go into the back and drag out boxes to load on a cart and bring to a person's car and be nothing but Pleasant the whole time.

I use STAPLES for delivery and (pick-up too) for all office products I use and some other items too. As good as Amazon and better customer service overall. They offer discounts and rewards too, especially on printer ink which can be expensive. Great stores with big selection of merchandise and you can get lots of ideas there for products you discover. A winner!

A cashier at Staples helped me when I was about to check out with the wrong product. Mad a difference

I was very happy to be able to dart into a Staples to get some work supplies that would have taken ages if I had needed to use Walmart. Quick and easy. Done!

I really like the Staples store at this site. It is Clean and well laid out. Staff has always been very helpful and I leave feeling satisfied. Whenever I have had a problem in the printing area, the staff has been very helpful in solving my problem.

Staples on Main Ave. in Norwalk Ct. is always a pleasure to shop at. They always have the items I need. If other items are needed a staff person is most helpful in locating the item. The store is well set up and neat and clean!

This is one of the saddest Staples I've ever been to. The store was like a ghost town, hardly any customers or staff. There wasn't even music playing. They were clearly understaffed and the staff that was there very obviously did not want to help customers. I get that working retail can suck, but as a customer it felt very off-putting and unwelcoming. I'd rather go to a Staples that is further away with a friendlier staff than return this Staples, which is closer to where I live

Had my WORST Staples visit ever.
Could not find someone to help me find a USB adapter. Finally asked the cashier and she took me back to the aisle but wouldn’t help me further to actually find the product. I searched some more before showing the cashier what I needed on the website (which showed in stock). The adapter was not in the cabinet behind her and the manager confirmed that the adapter was out of stock. He said they didn’t have ANY non-Apple versions and didn’t give any other options of what I could do.
I also wanted 2 boxes of pens that were $12 each online. They were $25 each in store. I asked if they had the $12 boxes, but they said they didn’t have them. They couldn’t match the online price because the boxes they had were a “completely different stock number.” Same exact medium Papermate flair pens, but alright. Left the store without them.
I then did the 1-hour in-store pickup option and got the SAME 2 boxes for the $12 price. There was some weird smudge on one of the boxes, so I knew it was the same one I was trying to buy earlier. I could have bought them for $9 on Amazon, but was trying to support Staples. After such an unpleasant and unhelpful experience, I’ll take my purchases elsewhere from now on.

Came in to print a few things. I’m 60 yrs old and not very techie. The service rep in the printing area was so awful!… not helpful at all!!!! I realize it’s a self serve deal you have going on but isn’t that what she’s paid for??? The multi step directions to print is ridiculous!… on top of it the sun is shining through the window on the printer making it impossible to see. But seriously, the woman with the long hair and bangs behind the counter obviously dislikes her job and she had the personality of a fish. Hire someone who actually cares Staples!… I ended up aborting my mission to print with no offer of help. Shame on you!!!
