had a terrible experience. Went with my mom to cash in lottery tickets. Automatically the lady working in customer service 2/11 wearing a red hat 100% should not be working in customer service. My mom asked if she can get lottery tickets and she said “I was nice enough to cash it in i’m not doing that”
you were nice enough to do that? That is your job. it’s such a shame I love this location but this attitude is unneeded. I hope I can speak to a manager to make sure they are aware of this associate.

Happy with this supermarket's grocery selection, especially the natural/organic options (on right and throughout store), where I can usually find what I want and get deals. It would be nice if they could add organic short/medium grain Asian rice though! Great hand-held price scanners, as their "Scan It" app requires its own Wi-Fi network.
They have a new scan-to-load all digital coupon system that lists additional point incentives.
But their coupon system and member application NEEDS TO BE FIXED! The app needs to remember coupon filters to make clipping coupons easier and quicker. Also at registers the coupon values should update item totals when you scan them at the registers and not until the final payment process! Also, digital coupons shouldn't take more than 5-15 minutes to load into your account, instead of 45 minutes! 🤬
Extra services like pharmacy w/health-check machine (on right), Dunkin' Donuts (on right?).

Customer service changed there hours to close at 7pm. It's currently 6:38pm ... the lady at Customer service says it really closes at 6:30 pm .. mind you the sign says 7pm..

They need to improve their self check out machines or not have them at all. It’s more annoying and time consuming than waiting in a normal line.. Those Toshiba machines are very annoying. No matter how right you do they always beep for help. There are many different stores with much better machines.

They have a robot that roams the aisles. It creeps me out and I dont like it. Also, they usually only have 1 cashier.
