It's A Convenience Store. I have only came here at nite time so it's not congested with AM work traffic. I've seen a few different staff members here. The lady and younger kid have been the nicest so far and it always smells like cinnamon buns are being baked in the Dunkin Donut ovenS. Yum! Makes you want to buy baked goodies when you didn't even come in for that! Bathrooms open to the public so that's a plus although there's no soap and the hand dryer doesn't work it's a plus there's even an open bathroom the public can use. Being a Construction Worker and working on the roads I have to depend on gas station/public bathrooms. There's only a few gas pumps and a small parking areA so this place gets crowded very easily.

The service at the convenience store of this location is terrible. There is a skinny Spanish man that works at the counter who acts very rude and arrogant. He makes smart comments every time I come to the counter to buy something. This guy usually works in the afternoons and evenings. This location was remodeled recently and added a Dunkin Donuts. I've been in this store several times since I live around the corner, and this clerk acts like a j*** every time. The service at the Dunkin Donuts, on the other hand, has been very good. I will not be going back as long as the skinny Hispanic idiot is working there. I tried going there several times since its close to home. But from now on, I will go to the Shell Station about a mile down the road. They have a Dunkin Donuts at their location as well. Their gas is a little higher but I rather deal with them instead of dealing with the j*** near my house at Sunoco.

Incredibly satisfied with the service by Fernando. He allowed me to bring my own spark plugs and air filter from Autozone. He replaced them in 1hr just charging me for labor ($70). I am incredibly satisfied due to this low price, i swear i checked 3 other car shops in Norwalk and they wanted to charge me $180-250-300 for something this simple. So glad CT Ave Service Station did not want to rip me off like the rest.
