My car was there for repair. I arranged to have it picked up. Upon arrival, the repair doors were closed. No big deal UNTIL, I asked your A** of an attendant WILL for information. THIS CONDESCENDING CONDOM REJECT stated very RUDELY " I can't help you, that is a separate business!" Wooooo, now mind you the F'N shop is CONNECTED to the gas station WITHOUT A SIGN that indicates it's separate. He's ALWAYS RUDE, but hey COONS usually ARE. PISS POOR SERVICE, next to DMV at that!! I will USE my network connection at Hartford Healthcare and Yale New Haven Health, Atty General Tong , to literally DETER business SIMPLY because HE'S employed there. Tootles

Staff was very friendly and prompt with towing and diagnosing my car..only issue is the diagnoses was wrong ; I was told that my motor was blown, finished, overheated..had to be replaced....after having the family mechanic look at it; it simply needed a hose replaced as it was making my antifreeze leak. I was about to trade my car in and get a new car based on Sunoco’s diagnoses and wasted money on two tows when I could’ve/should’ve had it towed straight home so the family mechanic can diagnose it. Get a second opinion..always.

I recently rolled into this Sunocco Station with a flat tire. The guys there were all amazingly helpful & kind. They went over the top & provided very BEST customer service imaginable. It was well above and beyond what I had even hoped for.

A bit difficult and unsafe to exit the direction needed to get on the 7 connector. I would advise getting gas elsewhere if that is your goal.

I have the most awful experience about put gas in this station. Costumer service very bad no education no skills about costumer service very bad . But the end all this I have to call 911 this girl african american so rude person I can't understand someone like her work at this place no education bad costumer service...

This is the second time I have problems at this gas station because of the tremendously rude manner of its employees.
These girls are not professionals and they treat clients like trash.
This gas station is supposed to open at 6:00 AM but they arrive late and they get upset because customers start arriving and cannot get gas; instead of helping what they do incredibly is screaming and insulting customers.
I hope the manager checks in the cameras what happened today October 3, outside at the pump at 6:04 am and take the appropriate measures with this employee.
For now I can assure that neither I nor any of my employees will use this gas station again no-one deserves to be treated this way.
I am a regular Sunoco customer at 527 Main Ave, Norwalk, CT; Both I and my employees usually fill the gas tank there because it has good prices. Today June 17, around 7:30 am, I went to this place and saw a discount offer of .25 cents per gallon; I went in and asked the employee who was there (an African-American girl, young) what the offer consisted of and how I could get it, this for some reason upset her and raising her voice a lot, she told me to take an application and pointed it out to me where were the lottery tickets, I replied that there was no application and I reiterated that I wanted to know what the offer was. This girl inexplicably refused to explain to me. I told her (again) that please gime me at least what application to take since there were several, different applications, She turned her face towards another client and asked him what he wanted, ignoring me completely. I asked her the name of the manager and she answered me very rudely that she was the manager. I left the Sunoco station with the purpose of never going back there; I do not believe that this is the policy of the company and I also believe that this person is not or represents any gain for Sunoco. I await your response, because this incident really affected me, because of the lack of reason to provoke it. Thank you
