Great Place to be. Wonderful staff, great people and environment. Sometimes it can be hard to find plates, but other than that, worth every dime.

I HATE leaving negative reviews. I have contacted management countless times and there are no changes. The men's locker rooms are vile. There are the same dried liquid stains with the same shape in the same place on the benches for weeks. They literally don't even wipe it. How is that not mandatory daily? There is the same garbage inside the locker for 3+ weeks. Obviously not cleaning those. There is mold in the shower. The sauna never works. There is a poorly calibrated timer that shuts it off every morning (that's if they remember to turn it on) and this has been going on for about 2 months. I remind them every day. An absurd amount of machines are broken. Screens don't work, some just shut off, some have no resistance, and countless other things. There can be 10 machines where only two work in their full capacity. I don't want to ignore that the staff are kind people and there is a young man on Saturday who cleans and works very hard but these problems still exist. I would go elsewhere if the other option wasn't just a nauseating when I did a trial several years ago.

I just don’t understand how the monthly fee is $30 and the late fee is $20 ??? Always crowded, only 1 of the machines you need so you have to wait for other people always. Planet fitness has literally all the same equipment. Save your money.

The Norwalk Edge is always clean and has plenty of equipment available to use. I also love the SPIN classes, all have great instructors! And the personnel at the front desk are always friendly and ready to help with any questions you might have (and make great shakes too!). I highly recommend the Norwalk Edge!

I have been going to Fitness Edge for many years. I love the services it provides, the friendliness of the employees, the helpfulness of the trainers and the atmosphere within the gym. I would recommend this club to everyone.

My partner and I have been a member of this gym for the last 5 years. Unfortunately we are disappointed in how run down it has become . Machines constantly break down and there is a constant order that smells like a locker room . I realize it’s a gym but it certainly needs much more attention with cleaning . Recently it’s been super crowded with high school & college kids leaving heavy weights all around to the point of it becoming dangerous. We are hoping that management takes this seriously and takes action before loosing not only us but other clients as well.

I've been a member for over 20 years and overall love the club. People have been requesting more Total Body Conditioning, Pilates and Yoga Classes on the schedule. Also, the last class in Friday is at 9:30am Zumba and nothing on schedule until 5:30pm which is another Zumba. Would be beneficial for all to add more classes especially at lunch time so members who work can get their work out in.

Love this gym I have been going here for years. Recetly Dominic has helped me a few times and he is great. Only thing is I walked in looking for help and two staff members were on top of each other at the front desk not paying attention to me until somebody else from the main part of the gym came to ask me if I needed anything. I dont want to leave names because the girl looked younger. Otherwise I really enjoy coming here =)

Ah, Edge Fitness, where I walked in expecting a gym and ended up stumbling upon a live audition for the next big cringe-worthy reality show. Picture this: a towering beanstalk of a man using the front desk as his personal cling-on playground with a young lady who looked like she wanted to teleport to another dimension. Bravo, sir, for mastering the art of making everyone uncomfortable! But hold your applause, because amidst this spectacular display of social ineptitude, the rest of the staff managed to prove that professionalism is not extinct. They valiantly resisted the urge to break into interpretive dance and instead focused on helping actual gym-goers. It's a small victory in the battlefield of awkwardness, but a victory nonetheless. So, for those who enjoy a side of cringetastic theatrics with their workouts, Edge Fitness is the place to be. Who needs a Netflix subscription when you can witness a real-life cringe-fest?

This is just about the worst Edge I’ve utilized. It’s absurd that they are raising membership fees, while the machines are falling apart, and the front desk lacks customer service skills. I’m unsure as to how the Milford Edge excels over an Edge in Fairfield County. I think the onlyreason so many people still go here is because they can’t just cancel their membership.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment, its membership services staff, and the company as a Corporate entity. I had been warned about it possibly being very difficult to cancel/get out of your membership contract with the Edge prior to signing up. So when we signed up, I was very specific and adamant about making sure we could cancel at any time. I asked the employee signing us up several times and we were assured that we were not locked into any kind of time commitment, and could cancel our membership whenever we would like. Not only is that not true, but we are locked into a 2+ year contract that we cannot get out of and you can’t even speak to anyone on site about your membership once you’ve signed up for it. They have you email some customer support service that they outsource and they give you standard prewritten replies. I do not appreciate being lied to or taken advantage of.

The Norwalk location must be under new management lately...the staff at the front desk are really dismissive and don't even acknowledge your presence when you come through the door...I don't think the men's locker room has been cleaned since March...it's gotten so bad that there hasn't even been soap to wash your hands for about a month now...I've noticed that even the hand dryers have been out of order for about 2 weeks so who knows when that is going to be rectified...so forget about washing and drying your hands after using the facilities...the amount of mold in the showers is actually becoming its own bio hazard...it's really unfortunate because this used to be a really good location that kept up with fixing equipment and basic cleanliness...it's sad to see it go down hill so fast...what's worse is that the membership fees have increased but the level of customer experience has really plummeted...you would think that this gym would at least try to remain competitive with all the other gyms in the area...not really the case though...
