... Staff if helpful, it makes a difference to run into them among the isles and to be able to ask them questions without feeling like a burden, as it happens with other businesses.

The beer organization changed in the last 9 months or so and it’s so hard to find all the “lagers” and “pilsners” I find it to be very confusing and no real rhyme or reason to how things are organized. They have a decent selection too but I no longer buy beer here.

Excelent selection of wines, very good selection of liquor; beers are good too, but could be bit more varied. They are lacking some more exotic beers that are my favorites that I can buy at other large stores in Norwalk, so it is not always my go-to. But overall all, pretty good store and worth a trip.

Ok. I’ve been to Total Wine many times, gained a good value, and always had good help finding what we wanted. We enjoy the tips from the staff - as they help us discover new wines and bourbons before parties and events we host.
However - today was disappointing.
I came in to buy a case of Veuve Clicquot Champagne for a client gift to celebrate a big joint team accomplishment. The person who helped me today — made me feel stupid for buying it as he pushed other bottles at me again and again. It became clear he hates this brand — which I’ve received as a corporate gift as least 5 times and been nothing but grateful for.
I’ll be back — but I guess I’ll steer clear of that guy.

So I bought a bottle that top was defected and brought it right back and was told I needed to wait till tomorrow for them to trade it out hhmmm sounds a lil off never shopping at another total wine ever.

A great store in the city of Norwalk, Connecticut. Part of the world famous chain.Parking is free. Carts available. Wheelchair accessible. Collection of drinks is a world by itself. Plan well ahead of what you’re going to buy because of mind blowing options. Prices are reasonable & at par with other big stores, a little above Costco but the ticket size is lower. Isles are wide enough to stroll. Drink responsibly..

Oh my! I’ve never experienced so much rascim in my life. I told supervisor to hold my three bottles of wine and one pack of beer for 10 MINUTES! I came back and the store supervisor told me she had put them away and I had to go find them again. I’ve never felt so mistreated to the point that she made me cry. I will never be coming back to this location.

If you hit it at the right time you can get some great whiskey at MSRP.
Good beer selection and decent cigars.
Prices are usually the best in town.
