Amazing service!! Was able to have a new rim installed free of charge!! Just paid for the tire. All I had to do was make an appointment and the rest was taken care of!! They will do what they can to help you. Very informative employees. Just absolutely lovely experience!!

I’m a high school student who discovered a nail in my tire at around 2:30 on a Saturday. I immediately called and spoke to Brandon who told me to come over as soon as possible and he fit me right in. The whole thing took less than an hour and was surprisingly inexpensive. I highly recommend this service.

My experience from start to finish with Town Fair was smooth, efficient and quick. I don’t know much about cars nor tires but feel confident that I made the right choice with the help of Brandon. The store did not have the tires I wanted during my original call. However, the person I spoke to was able to order them and have me come in the following day for service. When I went in to drop off my car, I expressed some concerns to Brandon and he was knowledgeable and personable enough to explain the information so that I could understand and help me feel confident in my decision. He also gave me a great deal on the tires which really helped too.

I had the best experience at the 580 Main Ave, Norwalk location. I normally go to Stamford location but my dad needed an alignment with new tires. One stop shop. Branden was amazing and so helpful! Answered all my questions and made sure he provided the best customer service. Dave was also great. Thanks guys! Will definitely recommend to others.

Town Fair tire on Main Avenue are the absolute BEST!!! They always go above & beyond to help me with ALL my tire needs. I own 2 vehicles and it was like the curse of something sticking into my tire for both vehicles in a matter of months. Drove right over every time to get help, because I knew the kind of TOP NOTCH customer service from Chris and the team there!!! If you need tires this is where you go!!

The customer service was excellent. The men in the back were efficient and worked in a timely manner. Brandon was able to help me find the right tires and squeeze me in for an appointment within the same day. He was very kind and knowledgeable, as someone who doesn’t know too much about cars, he was able to breakdown the car terminology and confirmed I had a complete understanding of everything. I definitely appreciate his help.

The helpful dedicated staff at this location is great to work with. The manager, Chris, goes above and beyond to assist customers with their car tire problems. He has been so helpful to me over the years that even if I could save money getting tires from another shop, such as Costco, I prefer to take my business to this Town Fair location. Justin is the other manager who is quite helpful as well. You can't go wrong using Town Fair on Main Avenue in Norwalk for your tire needs.

the guys were super helpful. And when I mentioned I lived a few towns away, they called the guy who was on the road and he hadn’t gotten to the warehouse yet, so was able to pick up the tire for me, and the whole thing was installed within two hours of my arrival. A situation which could’ve been really distressing, turned into something smooth and easy, thanks to the guys at Norwalk town fair.
