“I went with the mobile check out. At first it was a lot of steps but everything was accessible to me through my phone. I ended up keeping the van for the entire day and it was very easy to do it on the app. Customer service was excellent and check in and return was super easy.”
“Rental went perfectly. There is an on-line check in process so that I was able to get the rental without waiting. The rental was the cleanest I have ever used. It was clean, full of gas and the rental agreement was correctly done. Checkout was equally easy. Do be aware that by the time that you add taxes fees and insurance, your one day $19.99 rental will be close to $100. Still my best experience with a truck rental ever.”
