We had a really bad moment there we didn’t have apt for a passport of my child but it says there’s walk-in wed and Fridays from 9-10 am keep that in mind so we went there before 9 around 8:55 ok we got attended but we forgot a detail in the application form we live around the corner it was 9:25 so I told him we’re coming back but he told us he’s going on a break but it says is from 9-10am walk in and he’s going for a break?! and nobody else was there at the moment to attend this is ridiculous!! We came back at 9:35 and ask for someone to help us they said “you have to wait for him to come back from his break” my point here is if it’s says they have walk-ins from 9-10 they should have at least someone who attends this.

Today I had the worst experience with a worker from this place called Kritin or Critina with a bad attitude, as if one were not waiting, then she comes with her attitude and I can have another bad attitude too, then at that moment Kritin or whatever her name is She didn't like my attitude and she told me that she doesn't have to be nice and she left, thank God they put another man in, who is people not like that girl.
