Went to this Post Office last week. There was a line and the female who was working so hard and professional had an impatient customer yelling at her that they should get more help. A customer thankfully stepped in and said “it’s not her fault - call your congressman” He continued to complain but I let him go ahead of me and said “They are working hard here”
She handled the situation with class and dignity and won the respect of everyone there.
That said wondering why it takes the post office 4 days to deliver a certified letter to the next town - but I digress.

This post office is by far the worst post office ever. They need better management. Don’t ever buy a P.O. Box here, you will never get your packages. Customer service sucks. They never answer the phone. And nobody’s knows nothing. They must just anybody in this place.

I arrived today at 9:05, the windows are closed, but we can hear workers on the other side. 8 people waiting, and we finally get response that they will open at 9:30.

If USPS needs to shut down, they really need to start with this one… highly inefficient staff…the staff here really do not want to work. Some people really add no value and should be offered a job at all.

People don’t show up, they cancel services last minute and often don’t provide the services they advertise online.

Andria and Nicole were so pleasant. Friendly and efficient. Went in for passports. They were quick and smiled while doing it. Thank you

Terrible customer service. If you have the option to choose, DO NOT CHOOSE USPS. Rude workers and when you call they immediately hang up without hearing or saying a word. I hate usps.

Service is horrible they put my package and another person's mailbox and they should pay more closely attention while they are doing instead of rushing to hurry up not nice I have to pay for these things you know so you don't need to do a better job

Terrible service! The staff are rude and expect customers to know all the forms and fees. Almost always, only one window is open, leading to 20+ minute wait times. Save yourself the frustration—go elsewhere!

Terrible customer service. Don't bother using this location. Worse than going to the DMV.

I am missing a package. This is the worst Encounter I have had. I sent a package and it was scanned and accepted and here comes a manger white older lady, tall with short curly hair of a huge statue. I politely asked her to check on my item to see why it’s not updating and then she goes to the office and comes back with a print out and drops it on top of the desk and claims, “we didn’t receive the item.” Even when the clerk that scanned it was telling her she received it and scanned it and put it with other boxes.
I have picture evidence that I took it and left it with the clerk. Instead of her saying, okay we will look for it, going by the tracking number and by what the clerk who received it is saying. But she just put it off saying, “this is the Bible .” Referring to the paper she printed claiming it was only saying the item is awaiting to be received. But meanwhile the item tracking system is saying it was accepted at the post office. It’s still saying that up to date. And today is the 14th day it hasn’t moved from the post office.
She is worse than the other tall lady Black Lady Clerk . I am glad Tee Tee and Mike were there and suggested the best place to file a claim is online. Because they’re always helpful and that boss didn’t even look at the situation to give it a benefit of doubt by asking carriers if they came across it or asking the description of the box. And if these are the type of workers who provide us with the worst service to people who are in support of keeping the post office running and not appreciating them. Well, you can’t blame people who think the post office is not needed.

EVERY time I need to sign for a package its a problem. I've had certified mail lost twice. Most recently, a driver didn't ring my bell to give me a package. I was home. Instead, he put an attempt notice with options for redelivery in my mailbox. I filed out the redelivery form online and selected a date for redelivery, on a date I knew i'd be home, 2 days later, which was an option. Instead of adhering to what was selected, the driver came back the next day while I was at work and now the package requires pickup. What is the point of filling out the form? No confidence in this system. Called to address - an hour wait now, waiting for a return a call. TBD if that happens.
