went to have a new SIM card sent to me by corporate.Person said I didn't need it and that one was not in there! I said I just went to danbury mall and had one put in in sept . So how could it not be in there! That being said. I said please put the one corporate sent me, so he put it in BUT NEVER activated it.. I left store card numbers on my iPhone did not match what was put in..So had to call Tech support and she got it activated...!!!

Run from this store I felt compelled to share an unfortunate incident I recently experienced at the Verizon store in Norwalk that has left a lasting negative impression on me. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to inform others about my experience to prevent them from facing a similar discrimination issue. During my visit to the on verizon store I encountered a heartbreakingly discriminatory encounter with a with a Asian manager with long hair who displayed clear prejudice towards my Hispanic background and sexual orientation. The manager's demeanor, use of offensive stereotypes, and deliberate undermining of my concerns as a customer were highly distressing. While I understand that this incident may not reflect the values of Verizon as a whole, it is disheartening to witness such discriminatory behavior within a store associated with a renowned company like yours. I highly recommend that prospective customers seek alternative Verizon stores in order to avoid potential encounters with individuals who exhibit such biased behavior. Discrimination has no place in any sphere, especially within the customer service industry. I genuinely hope that Verizon promptly addresses this issue by investigating the incident and taking appropriate measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. As a result of this discriminatory encounter, I am considering taking my business elsewhere and finding alternative service providers that prioritize inclusivity, respect, and equality. It is essential for customers to know about such incidents so they can make informed decisions and support companies that genuinely value diversity and do not tolerate discrimination. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. I trust that you will ensure that my concerns are taken seriously and that appropriate actions are taken to prevent future instances of discrimination within the Verizon community.

He confirmed he has a problem with his employees committing fraud and used this as a basis to defend why he accepts a poor customer experience at this location. Verizon Wireless in Westport has a great selection of mobile phones. I recently visited the store and had a great experience. The staff members were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The store had an excellent variety of different brands of mobile phones in stock, as well as high-end accessories such as cases and chargers. Prices are competitive compared to other stores in the area, meaning you can get a good deal without having to shop around too much. Overall, my experience at Verizon Wireless was top-notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mobile phone with great customer service.

I came to Verizon today to square away a past due bill .Rodney was quick and efficient.I was in the store not even for two minutes, and he already had begun to help me. I was able to get everything done in less than 10 minutes. Talk about amazing ! Thank you so much Rodney I will definitely be back for any future service needs.

I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. They aren't the cheapest, but they have great coverage and I've always had a great experience with corporate Customer Service.Unfortunately, it's been my experience at this location that the sales people will say absolutely ANYTHING to get you to add a line or upgrade your plan. They have straight up lied to me on multiple occasions to land an up-sale, and I then have had to call Verizon corporate to have whatever they tricked me into changing undone. Customer service has told me it's a common complaint, and that the stores are a very different business than online/phone sales. It seems to me the stores exist to drive sales and subscribers, and will do this by any means necessary. Customer service pacifies and retains the alienated customers.I switched to a Verizon business plan over a decade ago. I went into the store today to add a line, which I thought would be a quick thing to do, since the sales reps are always pushing to do it. Surprisingly, they said I would have to upgrade my plan if I wanted to add a line. Knowing how they have been so dishonest with me in the past, I stepped outside to call customer service to verify if this was true. Verizon customer service said that was absolutely not true, and they would be happy to help me add a line to my existing plan. I then made an appointment for Customer Service to call me back to finalize the transaction, which took all of five minutes later that day. And they shipped the new iPhone 14 free 2-day shipping.After walking out of the store, the manager called me about ten minutes later. He apologized for the "misunderstanding" and attempted to offer me various "deals" they could "help me out with". He was taken aback that I wasn't receptive, not understanding that I wasn't looking for a negotiation, just a straight forward transaction. To me the whole interaction felt like a used car purchase, even including the ubiquitous "let me talk to my manager" tagline.My takeaway for anyone reading this is to just call Verizon Customer service if you need any help with your phone or plan. Verizon stores, Verizon "authorized resellers" and Verizon online/phone sales are not the same customer experience. And if you do have to go to a store, verify everything that the sales rep tries to sell you with Verizon Customer Service. In my experience if it doesn't sound truthful or ends up costing more, they are just lying to upsell you.

It was 30 minute before closing and they kicked up out saying they close at 6pm and the alarms go off the moment it turns 6 so they cannot help us. I was looking to transfer over from AT&T. There were 6 employees sitting in a group on their phones and told us they do not have time for us… so apparently this store does not want any business. LAZY employees. Go elsewhere

Not helpful. Didn't have charger or battery for Samsung galaxy note 5. Would not give 25dollar discount for being Verizon customer for over 10 years No reason why I shouldn't switch providers.
