Horrible customer service and the morning manager is very unprofessional. The valentine day bags that are supposed to be together with tissue paper were not I asked management to discount the bags he said no i can only throw them away. What a waste of money no wonder why consumers pay 110 percent over wholesale at least Stores are literally screwing the consumers shame on you Walgreens in Norwalk ct

Don’t use Walgreens needed a script for UTI Doc sent it in Friday morning, I called to check on script they said they were working on it I called back at 3 to see if it ready they are now closed and state the order will be ready on Monday for a UTI!

This was the absolute worst pharmacy experience ever. Not only had they not filled a prescription that was called in earlier this morning, (mind you I showed up around 4pm) they ignored 2 phone calls made from my physician and then had me wait over AN HOUR for it after they said they would call me back up in 10 mins. I had to ask what was going on and then they proceeded to tell me the prescription had BEEN ready. Been ready, yet every single lady that was working today 12/13 had seen me sitting waiting for over an hour.

Cashier this afternoon does not understand pricing. It says item cost $2 for 2 and she charges me $1,99 for each packet of gum. When she returns items she doesnot refund me -- I PAID IN CASH for items I bought.
She asked me to put my card in and charges me AGAIN --$4.68 for the same packets of gum that was supposed to be just $2.00
Then she calls the manager who was even more CONFUSED -- he does not understand 2 for$2..
He informs me my walgreen's card wasnot presented when I got the items so it is not valid sale.when I asked for my items to be returned because I do not want them any more -- he did not want me to return it.
I have put in my phone number 2x to prove that even without presenting my walgreen's card I know I am in the system. And the SALE should have been valid for 2 for $2.
What is wrong with WALGREEN's on West Ave??? They have very INCOMPETENT CASHIER's or people who want to charge more for items supposed to be on sale.
So they can pocket excess cash in their registers!
I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN IF I SEE THE SAME CASHIER WORKING.
They cheat and are very incompetent, !!!
I left the 2 packets of gum I paid for !
Ps... they do stuff to confuse buyers.

I never use the pharmacy here for my prescriptions due to many issues in the past with them never having it ready, or giving me less than prescribed. But I was trying to come for my annual flu shot because the doctors are really kind and painless.
Today I had a rough day at work. Collected myself and arrived for an appointment I booked last night online. I followed instructions to check in at another window, but that window was shuttered, so I used the qr code at another desk to check in and waited 20 mins. I waved to the doctor as they gave the patient before me a shot. When I wasn't called, I got in line to check if I was in the system. I wasn't. This place is hopeless. Drove to Walmart down the road and it was no problem at all.

staff specifically the pharmacy and mainly the front register need to be trained. At the very least a "hello" and "thank you" would be nice to utter occasionally. I've been going into the location for many years and it's gotten worse. Most recently the young man literally never gave me eye contact and did not speak one word while ringing up my items and checking me out - it was literally like a self check out. WALGREENS do better, train your staff to be human beings serving human beings who spend money. Thank you.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too in my life! Long wait, terrible attitudes with high prices. The store staff is no better! I rather get my 3k a month in prescriptions at a further location then to deal with a staff that is rude. Even the pharmacist has a bad disposition. The items is most likely in the wrong place so you have to read the description of the price tag. Shopping at Walgreens on West Street has always been a nightmare -1 Star

If I could give the pharmacist a zero today, it would be because we choose them to give us the medication when we are ill. My daughter is really sick, so when we ask questions, we just want to know the answer--we're not looking for someone to tell us to search Google for the information. She's a huge, Spanish woman with spectacles, and I don't know her name, but it's obvious she doesn't like her work. Really impolite. She gave the drugstore a poor look.
