Called the pharmacy and spoke to a very rude pharmacist who hung the phone up on me. Called back again and he hung up on me again. I was very nice and cordial. I will never call or step foot in this store ever again.

Horrible Customer Service I ask one lady who had a bull Ring nose piercing all over her face a simple question since there's nobody around. She had a nasty attitude. They need to train customer service here.

I still don't understand why a zero rating isn't available. Ordered on line for curbside pick up. Order confirmed. Went there two hours later for the pick up window. Parked in the space. I looked up order for order #. I see that 2/3 items just got updated as "unavailable." Had to confirm another Walmart had the products I needed - an hour away.

My recent visit to the Walmart in Norwalk, CT can only be described as an absolute nightmare. This store, which is supposed to be a convenient one-stop-shop, turned out to be a dirty, disorganized, and utterly chaotic hell-hole.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a sight that made me cringe. The store was disgustingly dirty, with debris and trash scattered all over the floors. It seemed like no one had bothered to clean in ages, as if cleanliness was a foreign concept to the staff. The state of disarray was simply unacceptable.Navigating through the store was a daunting task. The aisles were jam-packed with merchandise, haphazardly arranged with no clear organization. It felt like a scavenger hunt trying to locate the items I needed, as everything was randomly strewn about. The lack of organization not only wasted my time but also left me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. To add insult to injury, the staff at this Walmart were completely unhelpful. It was as if they were trained to ignore customers rather than assist them. Whenever I approached an employee for assistance or asked a question, they responded with indifference and apathy. Their lack of knowledge about the products and the store layout was astounding. It was clear that customer service was the last thing on their minds. The overall atmosphere of the store was abysmal. The lighting was dim, making it difficult to see product labels and price tags. The air felt stuffy and stale, as if the ventilation system was non-existent. It was not a pleasant shopping environment by any means. My experience at the Walmart in Norwalk, CT was a complete disaster. This store failed on every level--cleanliness, organization, and customer service. It is unfortunate that a retail giant like Walmart would allow one of its locations to become such a nightmare for shoppers. If you value your time, sanity, and overall shopping experience, I strongly urge you to avoid this Walmart. Seek out alternative stores that prioritize cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction. It's a shame that this particular location has become a symbol of inefficiency and negligence.

Three of the items purchased registered the wrong price. Jolie can to help; and she was terrific! She so efficiently cleared, and corrected the error. What a pleasure to have her gracious and speedy assistance with the error!

Made a mistake coming on weekends. From the parking lot i knew I am about to spend more time here than planned. Lines were long at checkout as expected. Some locks on many items (You need employee to open it for you). Slow on the children clothing department. I am used to much more.

Complete chaos in the store! Its definitely a big and stocked location and its right in the center of Norwalk. Norwalk Walmart is definitely one of my favorite locations Ive been to especially with the way the line moves through just about every aisle so you dont miss anything. I think if this location doubled in size it still woudnt be big enough to accommodate how may customers are there constantly! This might be due to a very congested self checkout section and I think some more lanes would be an enormous benefit, but I dont operate one of the largest retail stores in the world. So what do I know ahaha. I think the staff is excellent there and for the amount of foot traffic, its astonishingly clean and organized. This place is the definition of a One Stop Shop.
